The dock has a covered 16x20 slip with electricity. Nearby attractions include Ha Ha Tonka State Park, Old Kinderhook Golf & Spa Resort, Lake Valley Golf Club.
The completely updated (2022) cozy cabin has 2 bedrooms (1 king, 2 doubles), 1 full bath with walk in shower, an open kitchen/living room floor plan with a fully equipped kitchen, an island, a built in eating bar, and a large deck facing the water.
