Welcome to Sunshine Cottage, our newest PRIVATE FLORIDA POOL HOME! Updates include resurfaced pool with heater,a renovated kitchen with quartz counter tops, all new appliances, new ceiling feature with coastal inspired insets. Both baths have been remodeled as well with new tub and shower stall, fresh vanities and fixtures, and bead boarded walls. Ship lap was artfully added to several rooms to provide a more coastal cottage aesthetic. Very tasteful and posh furniture rounds up the inside.
The space
This house has been tastefully furnished by a designer and meets very high expectations. Everything including beds, sheets and towels is brandnew. Just come in and enjoy this blend of cosy beach cottage combined with urban design style
Guest access
It's all yours. Only pool guy and landscaper might interrupt your vacation for a few minutes.

This house is managed by the owner. You will see and feel the difference, especially if there is an issue. That is a true and we are taking good care of you!
