Charming, tropical 3-bedroom, 2-bathroom home in Venice Gardens with a large, private HEATED pool that is 5 minutes from beautiful Venice Beach and 4 miles from historic downtown Venice. Spacious open floor design with walk out to lanai and pool area within a tropically landscaped, fenced in yard. Included are kitchen amenities, linens/towels, beach items, desk space w/accessories, free Wi-Fi, new mattresses, 4 smart TV's, outside grill and firepit area. Bikes available for nearby trails. Located 19 miles from Siesta Key, which is rated the number one beach in the United States and within 10 minutes of 6 beautiful Venice area beaches with beautiful sunsets. Many local restaurants and shopping nearby.

Venice, FL is the “Shark Tooth Capital of the World” and the Caspersen Beach is one of the best beaches in the world for finding prehistoric shark teeth!

This home was a home away from home with necessities available for use, along with beach gear accommodation for the entire family. My family really enjoyed the pool and the outside area. We would definitely visit again!

I cannot begin to say how wonderful this place was! The floor plan was wide open and perfect for our large family. The pool was incredible with amazing outdoor amenities including a beautiful patio and fire pit. The host was so friendly and helpful. She was so amazing to work with. It was by far one of the best places we have ever stayed in Venice.
My children loved spending time in the incredible, enclosed pool!

We had a wonderful stay! We were traveling with our adult kids for a family wedding. There was plenty of room for all of us, lots of beach gear, and laundry. The pool was amazing and we spent as much time as possible there. The backyard is very private and mature. Great place! Thanks for sharing it with us!

Great 2 week vacation. The house was beautiful, roomy, plenty of amenities, extremely clean, and the bed was comfy. The property was gorgeous and loved all the tropical plantings. The heated pool was awesome. It was nice to come back after a long day at the beach and relax outside and go for a swim. This pool was truly a 84 degree heated pool and very well maintained and clean. The house is truly located within minutes to the beach, restaurants and shopping. We loved everything about the house and felt so much thought has gone into making guest feel comfortable and right at home. Thank you so much for hosting our stay and we’d love to stay again on our next visit to Venice.

Our vacation was amazing! This home was exactly everything that was advertised and more! We felt very welcomed, and were very comfortable during our stay. The pool was amazing to come home to after a long hot day! The beds were very comfortable, and we would recommend this home to anyone!

Beach Vacay!

We had a wonderful time. The house was very clean and had everything you could possibly need; ie towels, kitchen items, beach and pool toys, bikes. It is in a great location, close to the beach, downtown Venice and restaurants. We would definitely stay here again.
