This loft is located directly on the Bluff Walk and will make your visit to Lynchburg a memorable one. From the balcony or the shared rooftop deck you will enjoy a view of the James River before settling down into a comfortable queen bed or sleeper sofa.

Great Location and View!

The apartment is located three stories above a bluff overlooking a coble street with very slow traffic, a park, the excellent James River Heritage Trail, railroad tracks and a view of the river (My favorite spot was on the balcony with the view). A high pedestrian area with a multitude of restaurants to choose from. Parking is free but about a block away

Fun trip to Lynchburg

The place is super cute and the location is great. Close to lots of great food places (we were able to walk to eat at Water dog across the street and dukes diner across the other street). The train is close so its a little loud but the views of it and the lake are nice on the cute balcony! The host, Adam, was very attentive and helpful.

Awesome stay!

It was cozy, clean and great view and location. Would stay there again and recommend to others. Would like to have had some half and half for coffee instead of the flavored creams. Otherwise, it was awesome!

Weekend visit for wedding

We enjoyed Adam's condo on the riverfront. It is located in a really cute area called Art Alley. There were a lot of cute murals painted on the buildings and road. The condo is located on the 3rd floor and has a beautiful view of the river and train tracks. The condo is decorated beautifully and had everything we needed. There are a lot of nice restaurants near by with seating outside. Nice place to walk around. Parking is on the street above in a parking garage, but you can unload your bags a little closer to the condo. Nice visit, highly recommend this place and hope to visit again!

Uncomfortable and dusty

Owner cited king sized bed but it was the most u comfortable queen sized bed. Dust on all shelves and counters. Three bath towels and one hand towel is all you get for two people for a weekend.

Birthday weekend in LYH

Overall the weekend was really great, VERY walkable thanks to the location. We did get a chance to look at some of the other properties that I had thought of as a possibility and I cannot believe the value of where we stayed. The little one-bedroom condo was perfect, with great views of the river, quiet, and right off all the main downtown attractions. Parking was easy and free, with options UPhill and DOWNhill from the unit. (Take the uphill option when unloading!) The check-in process seemed very thorough in print, but forgot to mention the "tower number," which just meant a little hunting the first time, and a few more stairs! Where I was a little disappointed was the cleanliness. There were a lot of kid-sized handprints on the sliding glass doors and windows. The living area rug felt sticky on bare feet, and there was dust on the console and shelves. There were also stains on the white bedding, which we were unaware of until we stripped the bed to leave.
