Our character rich 1910 Upstate Farmhouse is set back from the road, boasting a hidden woodland uphill trail behind the sprawling lawn. Climb the mountain in the rear to reach our mountaintop perch overlooking the house, where you can see (and hear!) the rushing waters of Bushkill stream. Capture your imagination in this elevated space! Take in the astounding view of the greater Catskills spread out beyond, gather the kids in the fun-filled PINK playhouse, and chase them down the hill to enjoy the mini playground and patio dining. Surrounded by a side lawn dotted with Adirondack chairs, lounge chairs, stone fire pit seating and bluestone patio dining, your ultimate natures' experience awaits.

Fleischmanns is in a marvelous setting, surrounded by Belleayre Mountain and miles and miles of protected state land. It is at the confluence of three streams, Vly Creek, Emory Brook, and the BushKill. Plan your stay with countless outdoor activities like skiing at Belleayre Mountain, swimming at Belleayre Beach (both just 5 minutes away), fishing, horseback riding, boating, tubing, plenty of hiking trails, a beautiful golf driving range, along with the iconic Delaware Train ( 19 minutes away).

Shopping and restaurants are available right here on Main Street at walking distance, or in the nearby town of Margaretville; making it yet another reason to keep you at our serene little village all year long!
