This apartment was spacious and well-equipped for our party of 4 - it was a great great location with easy access to the French Quarter, and the Jazz Festival! Walking around was easy - and easy to get to anywhere of interest. We loved the space and would return here again!

Check in was easy, apartment was clean, was very close to i10 (so it was a bit loud) but the french quarter wasnt far either. The little courtyard was cute, parking was behind a gate contolled by a remote, parking is limited unless you want to park on the street. Overall it was a nice stay.

Close to everything in New Orleans

Great 2 bedroom condo type home the is immediately off I 10 East in New Orleans. Minutes from all the typical New Orleans attractions. Jose, the property manager was very responsive. Would certainly recommend this property.

Scenic tough

While the property itself was nicely done and comfortable, it was in the downtown right next to the highway and there were even street races that took place right outside our window. If you are going to enjoy adult entertainments I'd highly suggest this place, if you are traveling with young family it's a bit loud and overstimulating, we are ready to enjoy a quieter evening.

This listing was in a terrible part of town, the surroundings were dirty and unsafe for a family. There were people laying on the streets outside of the unit. There were homeless people walking around under the bridge and carrying weapons. Highly not recommended

Easy access

Pros: Cute little apartment in a gated area. Good parking. Very clean and well kemp on the inside. There were very clear precise directions on how to get into the gated area. It was right off a down ramp off I-10 so easy to get too. We did walk down to the French Quarters it was about a 20 min walk. Cons: Theres a bar just down the road so there was a lot of noise and motor cycles around bar close. We heard a three car pile up just off the ramp right by the corner of the house at 11:30 pm. The upstairs tenant maybe works nights or early morning because we could hear them around 4 am. The beds were on inexpensive metal frames that squeaked everytime you moved. The shower did not have pressure. The mailboxes were just outside our door for all the apartments and mail was overflowing all around and on the ground. One day we came back and we had a visitor in our living room. I do expect these since we were in the south. The garbage dumpster is right outside the bedroom so we heard a lot of banging of the dumpster lids at 4am. I would recommend taking a fan for white noise to help if you are not a sound sleeper. The highway noise didn’t bother us it was the street noise that did. Conclusion: So it did not get a five star for cleanliness since the outside was full of mail all over. And location since it was close to a bar and there was a warning to not cross under I-10 to the other side if walking.

We attempted to be optimistic…

Came to New Orleans for a conference with one friend, Property was easy to enter an exit. The interior is decorated as stated in listing. Location proximity to places to see and eat is accurate as in the listing. Unfortunately, the property is located directly next to an outdoor music club, & freeway. 👎 I originally chose this location and this property to be slightly off the beaten path as to not be disturbed by the evening of downtown. All three nights at this property were very loud unfortunately only one bed was truly comfortable. Linens and bedding were clean. Kitchen seemed to be clean with the void of coffee. We also experienced some sort of insect problem inside, especially on the sofa . Unfortunately there were items & trash from a previous guest in one bedroom and many insects Dead & alive in all rooms, In addition to windows in the living room were not covered sufficiently and being on the first floor , the inside of the property is visible to pass her buyers near the mailboxes. The front door was a need of weatherstripping or door sweep to prevent creatures from crawling into the unit. We had to fill the void with paper towels under the door. Unfortunately, cannot recommend this property due to those conditions.

The kitchen was stocked with everything we needed along with coffee which was nice! It was spacious and clean. Just the thing we needed for a family of four with a teen and a college-aged son.It had good Wi-Fi. The bathroom had plenty of towels. Having gated parking was great! It was in walking distance to a small market.One suggestion we have are to put some oven mitts in the kitchen. There weren't many options for eating in the area in the evening so you need to plan for dinner before returning to the apt for the day.
