Recently built, private entrance apartment 4 blocks from Sloan Lake

The space is an 162 sq ft studio including a bathroom consisting of shower with wand and toilet. Kitchenette includes Kuerig, dishes, glasses, silverware, pots and pans to go along with an induction hot plate, refridgerator and sink. In-line sofa murphy combo has an 11'' cooling memory foam mattress complete with sheets and pillows. Murphy bed has attached hutch with a little extra storage along with three drawers. Wall mounted fan and TV sit across from bed. Room has climate controlled wall unit to your temperature of choice. Extra storage can be found in the attached garage by request. Free, unassigned on-street parking out front.

Awesome Functional Spot

Great room, with very precise information for getting in. Nice bathroom. It is just a room with a bathroom and small kitchenette, but the bed can be folded into the wall making LOTs of space. The roof access was great. The location was perfect too!

A cool little place, clean and new.

A cool little place, clean and new. Easy parking. Perfect for me, a single guy for a few days in Denver. Access to rooftop deck. A burner for cooking, small refer, brew some coffee, very comfy. Tiny but complete. I’ll be back.
