The sunny third-floor features another full-bath and living area with a pull-out queen sofa.

Comfortable home in charming neighborhood

The layout of this home was perfect: one bedroom on each floor. There is comfortable seating on the second floor with a third floor balcony that allowed us to watch the sunrise. The house faces a back alley, so if you are looking for style this isn’t it, but the neighborhood is full of fun quirky homes, some beautifully landscaped, some not at all,

8 friends for some concerts

Very clean and comfortable for 8 people. We walked downtown every day and it was a super easy walk (just over 1 mile). The only complaint/advice I would give is try to limit your party to as few vehicles as possible. We made it work with 2 vehicles but parking is definitely limited.

HIdden Gem

This home has so many wonderful features. The kitchen is a chef's dream with everything you need at your fingertips to prepare a great meal. With 3 1/2 modern baths it worked out great. Nice bedrooms and a third floor retreat with sleeper sofa. There is a nice welcoming feel to this home after a long drive. The hospitality of the host was above and beyond! She was attentive to our needs and was truly helpful.

Nice place overall

Nice property in a neighborhood that is improving. Place presented as dog friendly but it was clear they didn't do a thorough job cleaning the couches, dog hair all over. Sheets weren't provided for the couches but, host was very responsive and got us one fresh set quickly.

Great, clean place

This house was great! There was a small issue with our code not working for check in and some different bed configurations than the pictures showed but over all awesome! The property manager handled the check in issue quickly and her communication was above & beyond. She was quick to respond and awesome! Would totally stay here again!

Beautiful place

We loved this property. It was just 2 of us but would be perfect for multiple couples. It was very clean. It had great views. It had everything we needed. Would definitely stay here again.
