Downtown 2 BR/ 2 Baths- Close to UF/ Restaurants!

Enjoy this newly refurbished bright and cheerful downtown duplex. Unit B of the historic duplex has 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. Experience downtown Gainesville at your fingertips. Walk to all of Gainesville`s best restaurants and bars.

Perfect for game weekends, special events, hospital stays, and more! Sleeps up to 6 people with a king bedroom, queen bedroom, and queen air mattress. Please let us know at the time of booking you will need an air mattress.

Parking and the yard are shared with Unit A of the historic duplex.

We are looking forward to hosting you!

Important: Before you arrive, you will be asked to complete guest verification through third-party provider Truvi. This is done to ensure we are keeping up-to-date with short-term rental regulations as well as providing both our guests and our properties with extra protection. Truvi will contact you via email and/or text to complete the verification. Please do so prior to arriving at the property to enable a quick and easy check-in process.
1. No Smoking- $250 fee for smoking inside the home
2. Quiet Hours- 9:30 pm to 8 am- (you may be asked to leave and you will not receive a refund)

4. 1- Pet allowed if disclosed during booking- $200 fee if caught with an unreported pet.-
5. Please clean up dog waste - $100 fee if dog waste is left behind.

Perfect Place for Our Family

Great little home (attached, like a duplex) with charm and character. Loved this neat and tidy home. Close to some yummy restaurants and bakeries. Great washer and drier.

Quiet and comfortable

Location was great for our needs and the home was very serene and well equipped with all the kitchen essentials. I had a couple of concerns which were addressed very quickly and satisfactory. Definitely a place I would love to stay again.

Walking Distance to Downtown and Stadium

Came for a football game, would stay here again. It was nice to not have to worry about driving on gameday. It is about a 25 minute walk to the stadium but worth it to avoid gameday traffic. The unit was nice and as pictured.
