Enjoy this upscale brand-new construction townhouse located in Saint Augustine. This home is close to the beautiful beaches of Ponte Vedra and Saint Augustine and is very close to many restaurants and shops. The 3 BR 2.5 BA townhome is perfect for families or couples and sleeps up to 10. The garage comes with a 4 in 1 game table that includes pool, air hockey, table tennis, and football!

Please be advised this community has strict rules regarding quiet hours which start at 10pm-8am. Please adhere to the quiet hours and all house rules as we charge a minimum of $500 if any of the house rules are violated.

This modern and comfy getaway will leave you in awe with its carefully picked amenity list spread over two inviting stories. Tile floors extend throughout the entire first floor. The living area combines the living and the dining room with the kitchen, creating a contemporary open concept design space.

The 3 bedrooms and 2 full bathrooms upstairs comes with all the necessities. Anything in the townhouse is yours to use. Make yourself at home once you arrive. While traditional cable TV is not included in your stay, we do provide Roku TV's with apps like Netflix, Prime, Hulu, and more! Feel free to use these services with your own login and enjoy!

The pool is available to our guests, but you may not invite anyone other than those staying with you to use it. Since we do not control this part of the community, no refunds or credits will be made to reservations if the pool is not available, whether for routine maintenance, closure for the season, or any other issue. Abusing these privileges may result in eviction from the property. Please feel free to reach out to us before your stay if you have questions about availability.

The House was perfect for our week long visit. We loved being so close to the pool and restaurants and shopping. Ask rooms were ample-you can’t always tell online so that was great.

Great location

Very nice, roomy condo with everything you need for your stay. Super clean. Host were responsive and asked how we were doing and if we needed anything after the first night. Condo is nice. Across the street from what seemed like a brand new community pool that was also great–spent a whole day there. Location is close to beach and everything you want. Perfect spot as a base to explore everything the area has to offer.

This townhome was perfect for our golf week. Close to all amenities, very clean and a great pool area. The communication with the host was easy and prompt. (Not that we had any issues). Would stay here again!!

I would give this stay a good not great. The location was convenient, neighborhood felt safe, and the house was stocked with everything you would need— laundry pods, dishwasher pods, pack and play, paper towels, kcups and creamer etc, which was really nice. My one complaint is that when we arrived the master had a very mildewy type of smell. We quickly realized it was coming from the bedding— sheets and comforter. It’s the smell of laundry that sat in the washer for a couple days before being dried which i assume happened but then instead of rewashing it was just put on the bed smelling like that. We had to strip the bed and wash all the bedding before sleeping in there that night because the odor was really that bad that we couldn’t sleep in the bed. Felt like a very obvious thing to have noticed if someone had walked through before our arrival since we smelled it the second we walked in the room, and was an annoying thing to have to wash sheets at a rental when you arrive. Thankfully after washing everything the smell was gone, so an easy fix but should have never been necessary.We also had a kitchen sink issue where it and the dishwasher were clogged, but thankfully the host sent a handyman over quickly and it was as fixed. So overall was a good experience with plenty of space for a family.

Bright, clean, relaxing and spacious!

My nephew got married at a golf course nearby and we rented this townhouse to make it easy to get there. The townhouse is so spacious and bright, very clean and very well equipped. We had coffee and breakfast in the patio, that was so relaxing. The kitchen had everything we needed, there is a big grocery store and lots of restaurants nearby. It was a very smooth and relaxing visit to the area!

Perfect Escape

Everything about this property is picture perfect and every detail has been thought of. The house is very spacious, immaculate and tastefully decorated. Although we were only 2 people, attending a wedding at Marywood Retreat Center (10min away), the house perfectly accommodates 6. The cost is very fair priced, specially for the the size, location and amenities. Robert was extremely attentive and responsive, we couldn’t have had a better experience! Highly recommend!

Would definitely recommend and would definitely stay again

Are we had six adults. In town for a grandparents event. The place was so clean and had everything we needed for a short stay. With all the bedrooms upstairs it was really nice to have an additional half bath downstairs. A nice big table for eating and gameplay. The guys even played air hockey. All three bedrooms have queen beds. All the beds are very firm, but surprisingly comfortable each bed had four pillows which was very nice. There were even hangers in the closet and extra towels if needed. The two guestrooms have one little nightstand. The kitchen is minimally stocked, but we didn’t do any cooking so it worked for us. There’s a Keurig and they even had K cups available if needed. The only ways I could think that the owner could improve on the property would be to add dressers to the bedrooms and a little more stock in the kitchen to make long-term guests more comfortable We will definitely book this again next year!
