This thoughtfully restored 1938 southwest-style property is fully enclosed by an ornate block wall with custom gates, keypad-secured access, and a rolling gate for protected private parking. The apartment blends historic charm with modern upgrades, offering everything you need for a comfortable and convenient stay. You can expect professional service with the personal touch of a family-run business! **Note: We changed the single bed to a full/double size bed (pictures not yet updated. It now has a queen and a full bed in the apartment.
Enjoy amenities including high-speed fiber optic WiFi, filtered tap water in kitchen and bathroom, keyless smart lock entry, local and handmade décor. The building is fully solar-powered, with energy-efficient water heating and air conditioning throughout.
The apartment is professionally cleaned before each stay and thoughtfully stocked with essential starter supplies, including dishes, cookware, utensils, laundry pods, cleaning products, body wash and shampoo, a hair dryer, iron and ironing board, and other everyday necessities.
Laundry is easy with access to a shared outdoor laundry room featuring three full-size washer and dryer sets—one designated for pet use exclusively. All machines are free to use; no coins required.
Step outside to a spacious shared courtyard with desert landscaping, native cacti, reading tables, and a combination fire pit and grill for guests to enjoy. A shaded turf area provides a convenient space for pets to use the restroom.
Gated off-street private parking includes keypad entry and a proximity sensor for automatic exit.
You’ll receive check-in instructions 48 hours before arrival with a unique door code just for you. Check yourself in easily and settle in at your own pace.
For your security, exterior-only cameras are installed around the building. There are no cameras inside any unit.
The location offers convenient access to:
