Adorable Four Bedroom Two Bathroom House. Sleeps 12. Conveniently located on dead end street and overlooking the Wells Salt Water Marsh. Plenty of parking. Less than two minute walk to the center of Wells Beach. Trolley Stop, Boardwalk Arcade, Playground, Shops and Restaurants all within walking distance.
Most of the living and common space is on the ground floor. As you enter from the front door, you immediately enter into a bunkroom with two sets of twin bunks. There is also a couch, tv with cable and blu-ray, and AC.
The next room is a very spacious living/dining area with two queen pullout couches. Dining Room Table with Chairs for 8. Flat Screen TV with Cable and Blu-Ray. AC Unit.
Two Queen Bedrooms are also located on this level. Both Bedrooms have an AC Unit. Master Bedroom has Closet and Flat Screen TV with Cable and Blu-Ray. From the hallway, you can either go downstairs or into the kitchen. There is one full bathroom off the kitchen. Also back door onto deck leading to backyard. Gas Grill, Gas Firepit, and Outdoor Table and Chairs. Sunbrella Umbrella and Cushions.
Lower Level: One Queen Bedroom. Large Den with Twin Bed. Couches and Card Table. Games, Books, Puzzles, Movies, and Flat Screen TV with Blu-Ray. Beautiful, Spacious New Bathroom with Vessel Sink. Secondary Refrigerator. New High Efficiency Washer/Dryer. Bulkhead Exit.

Why Cheryl J. Austin chose Wells
This house is conveniently located on a dead end street and approximately a two minute walk to the center of Wells Beach. There is plenty of parking on the property and very little traffic in front of the house. There is a backyard and room for children to play. The two sets of twin bunkbeds are located on the ground floor. Two queen bedrooms are also located on the same floor and close by. The kitchen, dining/livingroom, and a full bath are also located on the same level. Four AC units are located on this level. There are also three flat screen tv's with cable and blu-ray on this level. Three and one half years ago, this house was raised off the foundation to create more living space. The finished downstairs now offers one queen bedroom; large den with twin daybed, couches, flat screen tv with cable and blu-ray, books, games, puzzles, card table; spacious bathroom, laundry room, and secondary refrigerator. This house is great for one or two families vacationing together. It is also great for families vacationing with one or two sets of grandparents.
What makes this House unique
I feel that one of the many unique benefits of this house is its location. Located almost on the end of a dead end street reduces traffic in front of the house. The backyard and its views of the salt water marsh are very inviting. The house is also approximately a two minute walk to the center of Wells Beach and many other places of interest. Having this flexibility and freedom, is a true and valuable asset.

Perfect house for a weeks stay!
We spent the week at this house in July 2012. There were 7 of us, and we had the best time! This house is on a nice dead end street, in perfect walking distance to the ocean beach, shops, and places to eat. We enjoyed everything about the house, and the owner was amazing as well! She answered all of our questions, and was available anytime we asked her for anything. We will definitely come back again!
