Unwind at this peaceful, centrally located ocean-view condo in the heart of Hilton Head’s main beach. Situated in Seaside Villas, a gated oceanfront complex, you'll have direct beach access and be just two blocks from Coligny Plaza and Celebration Park. This fully equipped villa features a comfy queen bed, sleeper sofa, full kitchen that has both a Keurig and standard drip coffee maker, smart TVs, strong WiFi, and included bikes & beach chairs—everything you need for the perfect beach getaway! 🌊☀️🚲

As longtime Hilton Head locals, we've been owning and renting condos here since 2002. We own several villas in the complex and personally manage a few others, ensuring top-notch hospitality. Living on the island means we're always nearby if you need anything—or just a great restaurant recommendation!

Located in South Forest Beach, just 2 blocks from Coligny Plaza with dozens of shops, restaurants, and entertainment. Walking distance to Lowcountry Celebration Park with a huge children's playground, outdoor fitness trail and equipment and live entertainment.

We have many great streaming apps included such as HBO, Max basic, ESPN, Disney+, Hulu, Fox One, AMC+, and Peacock.

Can only occupy 1 parking spot. There are spots under the building that can hold 2 vehicles, but all parking is 1st come. Only 1 parking permit will be issued, don't block anyone in.
