Right off the main strip, our town home is a quick walk to the main attractions of downtown Gatlinburg. Located off of Traffic Light 6 on Baskins Creek Rd. Approx a 7 to 10 minute walk from the front door to the main strip, that is what truly makes this location so special!


There is nothing like coming back from a wonderful time enjoying all that the Great Smoky Mountains offer and being able to relax on your own private indoor/outdoor deck. This spacious town home features 3 bedrooms.


There is an open deck and covered balcony. Located just off the main strip within walking distance (about 1/3 mile) and minutes walk to the pool and a trolley stop.


The kitchen appliances are all full sized and include a refrigerator, dishwasher, microwave & coffeemaker. There is a washer and dryer for your convenience as well. Wireless internet is provided!

Hello, thanks for choosing us. Not sure really what your review means, the view of the pictures was taken directly from the balcony which looks directly to the mountain and shows the Skylift. I cannot recall other guests having these complaints. Sleeping up to 8 people in a 3-bedroom 3-bathroom townhome in downtown Gatlinburg for less than 200.00 dollars a night seems like a great deal to me. We will continue to provide a clean, affordable family friendly location in Gatlinburg. Thanks again, Charles

If you plan on cooking you might be disappointed. Dated coil burner electric stove and no stock pot. It was very clean and fantastic location but if I book again I will plan to bring what I need to cook. Also a few area rugs would make it a little more cozy. Overall very nice. I like to cook so the kitchen was the only disappointment.

We loved the location! It was very convenient for walking to shops, attractions and restaurants. The hot tub was a nice bonus to use after hours of walking around town. If you are looking for something in town but still enjoy quiet space then this is perfect!
