GOING TO GATLINBURG? STAY IN THE BEST LOCATION!! UNBELIVABLE VIEWS, VIEWS,VIEWS!

ATTENTION.. Cleanliness is very important to us. We are owners that rent our home and we are able to go and inspect our team. This makes a big different in the quality of care and cleanliness. Along with a touchpoint list of all areas that have been cleaned.

This house has been totally remodeled with 3 bedrooms with great views out of very window and 3 full bath with beautiful tile walk in showers. You have 2 king beds and 2 queen beds. The kitchen is open to living room and very spacious trex deck with gas grill. If you have been to Gatlinburg you can even see if there is a line for breakfast at the pancake pantry from your balcony or you can watch the new Anakeesta chair lift go up and down the mountain. The new iconic longest pedistrain bridge is on the same mountain as our home. This house is literally less then 5 minutes to downtown Gatlinburg with a parking deck right beside Ripleys Aquarium making it easy to park and walk around. When on the balcony you can see the fireworks for 4th of July and New Years eve! This home has free wifi . 1-55in flat screen in living and 42 in flat screen in each bedroom. Big stainless steal refrigerator and all brand new appliances.
We are very close to everything but you still have plenty of privacy and ample parking.
The view and locations are our biggest selling points. We have a view second to none in the area. Also when you get to our house we have easy parking and a covered parking space. The beauty of staying at the Greystone house you do not have to drives miles to get this kind of view. If you are downtown Gatlinburg and look up the mountain to the new iconic sky bridge our house is one of the houses you can see. You have beautiful city light views at night and can look and see the new Anakeesta from your front porch!

This beautiful home had everything we needed and more. Beds were so comfortable and the views are what you come to Gatlinburg for. Contacted the host a couple times and got timely and helpful responses. Definitely recommend this host and home.

We absolutely loved our stay at the Greystone house. It was warm, cozy and welcoming. The views were gorgeous. We spent a lot of time out on the deck overlooking Gatlinburg and watching the sunrise. Will absolutely stay here again. Communication with our host was seamless. You definitely want to stay here!!

The home is beautiful! Very nice location. It is easier to get to from pigeon forge and then descend into gatlinburg. The only negative is that it isn’t really walkable but still close to drive. The home is set up well for family movies at night with great seating! Would highly recommend

Our stay was great. More clarification of the location, access to the property being on the mountain would have been good. Pulling two trailers to this property is not ideal. We hauled motorcycles to ride the area and did ok getting in and out with the trailer but would have preferred not to tackle the steep drive or side of the mountain.

We have been in the property rental business at the highland condos for 30 years. Mike has been on city council in a Gatlinburg and mayor 12 times of this wonderful city! We can answer lots of questions and help you with information!

Why they chose this property

We love Gatlinburg and have lived here almost all our lives. We bought this house because it has a million dollar view and you cannot find property like this so close to downtown and easy to get too! Location and Views and how easy it its to get to Gatlinburg. One of the first areas in Gatlinburg and they usually have best locations. The views of the Great Smokey Mountains and the city of Gatlinburg. So close to everything but still so special with location and how it sits on a point. Not crowded with someone right next door to you. The orginal lots are so much more spacious.

What makes this property unique

The views and location are the reason we bought this home!! You cannot find property like this anymore!!! You have a trillion dollar view out of every window!! We personally manage and inspect our homes. Your great experience is inmportant to us. Again Views and location and how comfortable our home is. We take pride in our home and your experience. You can see the city of Gatlinburg and all it has to offer. We have seven chairs that recline in the living room so everyone can relax and just look at the beautiful mountains.
