The Royal Waikiki Condominium, is nestled in the heart of Waikiki, Hawaii's number one vacation destination. Units are just a few minutes walking distance to numerous restaurants that range from casual to fine dining, shops, nightlife and the world famous Waikiki Beach. An ideal stay for families with a smoke-free environment and a fully equipped kitchen. Or perfect for any business traveler with self check-in, complimentary WIFI, and daily amenities that make your experience hassle free.
Our condos are posted on other sites which have reviews on them, as we are new to VRBO. If you have time, please share your experience of staying with us. We would be grateful for the review.

Overall it was a great experience!

Property's location is great and perfect for a couple! The included parking spot is a plus for people looking to explore the island by car.The only challenge was with check-in due to communication happening outside of VRBO platform.

The location is great, the check in process was so easy, and the price was good. The room needs lots of updates, the shower kept getting stuck and almost had to take baths the whole time. The dishwasher didn’t work, the fabrics like curtains and couches needs a steam clean. I don’t think i’ll stay here again but could be great for someone needing an affordable stay.

Loved the dedicated parking spot

The dedicated parking spot was great for us. Location is good, and close to Target, close walk to beach. View was good, seeing ocean and mountains. We used the onsite laundry. 500 sq. feet apt. was large for the price. The patio was a nice feature.Unfortunately, they were jackhammering 9AM-noon every weekday to fix parts of the property. There were two posted water outages during our 9 day stay. The a/c worked, but the a/c unit had loud vibrations.

central location

I booked this place because it comes with an assigned parking which was included. I you didn't know parking in Honolulu/Waikiki area is rather expensive and sometime hard to find. It is also fairly easy to get to and from - short drive to the highway. Not far from the airport. The bed is comfortable. The futon would be fine for younger kids. Otherwise, this was fine for "home base" while we explore the whole island. We did not use the pool. Very very convenient to get to all the shopping if you want and easy access to great restaurants around the area. Only 15 minute walk to the FAR side of Waikiki beach. Less if you just want to walk to the beach.
