Great location. Excellent condo for visiting my daughter at UGA. Everything was nicely set up and the garage made parking very easy. I would stay here again next visit.

Great place and location!

We loved our stay here! Great location and easy to walk to campus and downtown. Place is spacious and has everything you'd need. Loved the deck too. Beds are super comfortable too! Owner is easy to work with and responsive when we needed. We'd love to stay here again!

Made our stay simple

We loved the comfy beds and the convenient garage. The garage was truly the highlight because it kept our car cool even though we were in Athens during a heat wave! Added to that, we just had a quick drive to our event on campus.

ADORABLE and so close to UGA DORMS and downtown

cute and easy to get to campus....i will for sure book again. bonus is garage parking and a space by door.

Great deal and amazing location

Brad's condo was a perfect home base for a big SEC football weekend in Athens. We were able to walk nearly everywhere we wanted to go. Brad was super friendly and quick to respond to any questions we had. This would be my first choice for a place to stay if I return to Athens in the future!

Finally!

Finally found the perfect gem in the heart of Athens! Loved our stay in the charming, quiet yet convenient neighborhood close to all things Athens! The townhome was beautifully updated and furnished and the host was very easy to communicate with! Will definitely book again :-)
