Safest Area in Paris ❤ Elegant Haussmannien close to Le Marais, Metro Line 1

Located in a beautiful Haussmannien building, our apartment is newly renovated and from a personal design, with a large balcony to enjoy the view on Arc de Triomphe or on La Defense buildings.
Extremely well situated if you wish to visit Paris or Neuilly Sur Seine, down the building we have one of the main and cleanest metro line in Paris, Line 1, which will take you in 10 min straight to Le Marais, Champs Elysees, Concorde, Trocadero...
We live in a very safe neighbourhood, close to some embassies and consulate.
We have plenty of restaurants, supermarkets, bakeries, coffee shop all around the street.
The street behind our building will take you to Bois de Boulogne which is the biggest park/forest (twice bigger than Central Park) in Paris area, different events during the day and night are ongoing there. You can take a morning walk or jogging there.
Close to our apartment you will find as well as an amusement park for young children, we are at 7 min walk to Jardin D'acclimatation.
We are 10 minutes walk from Paris 16th and 20 min walk to Champs Elysées.

The apartment has three bedrooms, a shower room and a bathroom, Lounge, dining room, 2 toilets.
Some bedrooms will have a little desk space as well if you wish to work remotely.
A fully equipped kitchen and a long balcony in the living room.
We are located between the forecourt of the defense (business center) and the Arc de Triomphe (Champs Elysées) one of the most famous and beautiful avenue in the world.
At the foot of the building is the metro serving one of the main lines of the city which is line 1, bringing together the most popular sites of Paris (La Défense, Champs Elysees, Le Marais, Opera, Concorde, Louvre, Châtelet, Gare de Lyon and Chateau de Vincennes).
The building has a caretaker and interior courtyard, elevator of course.

1. We want to mention that we are living on the avenue linking La Defense to L'Arc De Triomphe, which is great for visiting and easily moving around PARIS since we have the metro station just down the building, as well as many restaurants; shops and supermarkets; but this mean as well to expect some noises with the cars from the living room windows, which is a normal and usual noise when living in big cities and near metro station.
2. We will provide, when possible, new and clean slippers since we would like to ask our hosts to leave their shoes at the entrance of the apartment.
