THE SALT SHAKER!…This TOTALLY RENOVATED luxurious 3 bedroom with a sofa sleeper in the family room, 2 bath home featuring 5 indoor/2 outdoor TV’s, an Outdoor shower and Fire pit is centrally located in the heart of Mount Pleasant. The home is less than 1 mile away from popular Shem Creek and minutes away from Downtown Charleston and Sullivan’s Island and all types of outdoor water activities making our home your perfect Charleston getaway! The home is minutes away from many local attractions and is only 1 mile from the foot of the Arthur Ravenel, Jr. Bridge.
NEIGHBORHOOD DESCRIPTION
This immaculate and comfortable home is situated on a peaceful street in a tranquil, safe and established neighborhood within blocks of restaurants, taverns, grocery (walking distance to Trader Joe’s and Whole Foods), and shopping. THE SALT SHAKER is the perfect vacation rental and can sleep up to 8. Beaches: Sullivan's Island and the Isle of Palms provide great public beach areas, restaurants and are only minutes away. Shem Creek is a short bike ride away and provides you with great restaurants and taverns right on the water. Have dinner while you watch the boats come in with their daily catch. Local seafood markets are on each side of the creek. You can also rent kayaks and go sight-seeing only minutes away from the home.
THE HOUSE
A chef’s dream kitchen to cook and dine in the brand-new custom kitchen featuring a gas range, high end Advantium 5 in 1 Speed Cooking Oven and a large bar area consisting of a wine cooler and ice maker. The private rear deck features a covered cooking area with a Memphis pellet grill for cooking enthusiast overlooking the fire pit and outdoor shower area. There is plenty of parking for 5-6 cars (boats are welcome / No HOA!).

ABOUT THE OWNER
The owner of the property is a local resident and is easily accessible. In order to fully accommodate guests, a helpful list of recommendations including restaurants (especially the ones know by locals only), taverns, golf courses, fishing charters, water activities, places to visit, etc… will be provided upon arrival in order to enhance your vacation experience.
TRAVEL INSURANCE
We highly suggest our guests to purchase travel insurance when making the their reservations if they consider it necessary. Especially during the Hurricane season for the area. We do not offer any refunds for any cancellations unless the immediate area of the property is under a mandatory evacuation.
