Everything and more!

Beautiful finishes, tastefully decorated, well appointed from silverware to appliances! Extremely functional and comfortable. Outdoor area is awesome with deck, firepit, large yard and two outdoor TV’s! Location could not be better, close to shopping and great restaurants. Walking distance to Shem Creek and minutes from downtown Charleston! We can’t wait to go back!

Wonderful Location!

I'm from Charleston originally and this location doesn't get better than this! Walkable to great grocery stores and drug store. There are several great restaurants within a few miles too. The house is fantastic and stocked with anything you need. I have a super nose and noticed a little smell from the kitchen sink's drain. Otherwise, no complaints from this crew!

Home away from home

I am so happy to have found the Salt Shaker house in Mt. pleasant. Ric went over board providing all I and my family and grandkids could possibly want for a great Christmas. Everything in this house is perfect ! I made Christmas Eve dinner for us all and the kitchen was fully equipped with everything you need. Brand new appliances. Beautiful back yard with a fire pit to roast marshmallows. Decor is beautiful. A perfect house with perfect southern graciousness

This is a gorgeous property in a VERY good location . I fell in love when we came . However, please be aware that owner needs to examine the property and find the reason for MOLD. There is a VERY strong odor of mold . There is mold coming through kitchen ceiling, all kitchen cabinets and shelves. Owner can be abrasive and made a physical threat to my family if we leave a bad review .Got moved to his other property . Attached 1 picture I can fit here of sheets from his other property
