Perfect fishing and boating location on Kemp Channel between Cudjoe Key and Summerland Key. New Pool Installed August 2024. Brand new Large pool to relax by when you are not out on the water. Fantastic quiet neighborhood wonderful for walking, biking, kayaking and relaxing. Great access to bike trail along US 1. Walking distance to a good coffee joint. Fully stocked kitchen. Newly Remodeled master bathroom! Bait freezer and refrigerator downstairs. Home has 75 feet of seawall that fits a boat up to 30 feet.

Very clean well put together property, love the pool and the location. Quiet neighborhood and the host would get back to you with any questions or concerns within a very short time. I’ve stayed in a few places in that area and this is absolutely the best.

Great House and Owners

We LOVED our stay here! The house is Well supplied and was Very Clean! This was by far our best rental experience in all the years we’ve been coming to the Keys! We’ve really bonded with this place! The owners are the most accommodating people we’ve worked with yet. Fast communication and friendly- we felt like we made a good friend! We already loved Cudjoe Key- and this place could become a habit!
