Profitez de cette toute nouvelle maison de ville de luxe avant golfe dans la belle communauté fermée d'Indigo Reef.

Cette maison dispose de 3 chambres, 2 salles de bains et 1 salle de bain et demi. Lorsque vous marchez, vous verrez de hauts plafonds et un plan d'étage ouvert au premier étage, qui abrite la salle à manger et le salon sur le sol carrelé. Vous remarquerez également un ensemble de portes françaises donnant sur le patio et la piscine.
Lorsque vous regardez à gauche à l'entrée, vous remarquerez la cuisine entièrement équipée avec de belles armoires en bois, des comptoirs en granit et des appareils en acier inoxydable. Il y a aussi un bar avec des tabourets de bar cachés en dessous.

Lorsque vous êtes prêt à faire une sieste ou à l'appeler une nuit, dirigez-vous vers les chambres. La chambre principale dispose d'un lit king-size avec de nombreuses fenêtres pour un éclairage naturel. La salle de bain principale est équipée d'une douche à l'italienne ou vous pouvez vous asseoir et vous détendre dans la baignoire. La deuxième chambre se compose d'un lit queen size et la troisième chambre se compose de deux lits jumeaux, parfait pour les frères et sœurs ou les amis qui veulent faire de la place ensemble. Toutes les chambres ont également leur propre accès au balcon. Le deuxième niveau comprend également une laveuse et une sécheuse.

Indigo Reef est l'une des stations les plus exclusives des Keys. Indigo Reef présente l'aménagement paysager luxuriant dans toute la propriété pour le sentiment ultime d'une escapade tropicale. A Real Gem of a Place!

We Loved this place so much! The view was great overlooking the beautiful pool, marina, and gulf waters beyond. There was so much space for our family to spread out and enjoy. And so much to see and do in the area— really awesome trip!!

Perfect for fishing, snorkeling and pool time

Our family rented a boat for the week to use for fishing and snorkeling. It was so convenient to keep at in the slip out front. The place is just as described in the listing and I especially loved the views from the front balcony. We also enjoyed the pool and fitness center.

Great Location

We love the location and have stayed in multiple units. The pool, boat dock, and lawn are great. We would definitely stay again and this unit is nice. However it is in need of some updates. The TVs are 20 years old, very small and do not accept HDMI or tv apps, tough on a rainy day! There are not enough bath or pool towels for a family of 4. Small fixes and this would be amazing!

Great Location but pool didn’t work all week

We picked this property because we love the location. We also love that it has a pool and boat slip, and the property is well kept. My complaint is that the pool was green and the water was so cloudy that you couldn’t see the bottom. The walls were also covered in algae. There were pool people there every day trying to fix it and we learned that the filtration system needed to be replaced. However, that didn’t change the fact that the pool was a big reason we chose this property. We had 7 year old and 10 year old boys with us and they had to look at the pool all week but we could not allow them to swim because it was so dirty. I assume the pool is part of how the property rate is calculated but the property manager did not offer us anything due to this issue. This property is very clean and well kept up but it has very small tube TVs which should also be updated for a rental or listed in the description.

Thank you for your review. We agree this is a great property and premiere location. Regretfully, when renting a unit with a community pool, the care and maintenance of the pool is part of the community HOA. We shared with you the HOA was in the process of replacing the filtration system of the pool during your stay. We have managed this property for 11 years and can assure you this is the only issue ever experienced with this pool. We do agree that it would be disappointing to not be able to utilize the pool and we will reach out to you privately to offer you a refund for this inconvenience.

Indigo Reef Townhouse

The townhouse was nice and very convenient to the large, heated pool. In the first days at the resort, the number of residents were limited and it was nicely quiet until the jets flew directly over to the airport. It was not as private as the townhouse next to us became occupied as the porches are only a railing apart. The decking around the marina is aging, I tripped and my friend fell over a raised board as we walked after dinner. Parking permits one car near the townhouse and the second at the overflow lot. It was relaxing during the shoulder season.

The whole complex is wonderful. Great that you can dock your boat right outside. House was perfect for us. Beds were all comfortable for everyone. Had everything we needed.

Disappointed

We did enjoy our stay, but to pay the amount of money they want, for a outdated property and lack of amenities, pool closes at 7,nails and screws sticking out from the deck. Not spraying for bugs, we all have bits everywhere on us. Before we leave clean and get it ready for next tenants. We won't stay again. Of note: some adjacent units appeared to be of newer finishes compared to the one we rented. The owner of the unit we rented should be ashamed of his or her property.

We had a wonderful time, people were nice, condo was clean, pool was well kept, dock was nice. No problems with parking our boat on the dock. We would definitely stay here again.

This was our 6th stay at indigo reef. The property and location is amazing. Convenience to Vaca makes getting out so quick and easy! The unit we stayed in was very clean and located close to pool, which is great for kids. Boat slip was a little bit of a walk but use of wagon made loading and unloading boat easy! Check in with realtor was easy but unit did require use of keys which we had to keep up with everywhere we went! Will definitely return!!!

Location & views are incredible

We stayed in unit 37 the view are outstanding as the unit look out on to the pool (might be the closest unit to the pool gate) and also looks out on to the bay with first and second story decks we spent a lot of time out there enjoying the scenery. The pool was perfect. The unit is spacious, it has a few small cosmetic issues but other than that it's a really nice condo. We would return here without hesitation, we found Indigo Reef to be a special place

Spectacular Sunset Views

We had a fabulous holiday in Marathon staying at Villa 37, Indigo Reef. Everything ran smoothly from the initial booking, picking up the keys (even though we were slightly delayed) through to final check out on our last day. The house had everything we needed and the location was second to none - near the pool, with spectacular sunset views and set within beautifully kept grounds. Thank you.
