Waterfront luxury Villa (42) with sunset views and boat slip

This spacious 3BD, 2.5BA Villa is the perfect blend of comfort and coastal charm. Each bedroom features its own television, and the living room offers a 75" 4k, ultra HD flat screen TV in the living room flat-screen TV, ideal for relaxing after a day on the water. Step outside to enjoy direct sunset views over the Gulf from either your private porch or the upper balcony. Just off your back porch is your private boat dock, perfect for boating enthusiasts.

Maximum overall vessel length (tip of bow to end of engines): 35 ft
Hull size must not exceed 31 ft
Maximum draft allowed: 3 ft
No multiple vessels or personal watercraft allowed per dock space
Boater's insurance is required for all owned or rented boats and Indigo Reef Marina HOA needs to be added as named insured. Liability must be set at $300,000.

The kitchen is fully stocked with everything you need to cook and dine in, and you can grill your fresh catch on one of several charcoal grills throughout the resort grounds. The Villa is 100% smoke-free, both indoors and on the porches, and is fully appointed with all the essentials for a relaxing getaway—just pack your bags and unwind! Everything was great. Check-in was super easy and any questions we had from the beginning were promptly answered. The pictures do not so justice for how amazing this property really is, the dock was a few steps away. They had everything you could possibly need stocked and ready to relax and enjoy. Would definitely return 😊

Great location!

Overall we had a great trip! One thing I was disappointed about was the one question I had at the beginning of our stay. We realized the ice maker wasn’t working which sounds trivial, but it was the response and solution that came. We were told there were ice trays in the freezer (3) for a condo with 6 adults staying for 1 week. There is an ice machine on the property but was told that it was for “owners” only and not given the code for the entry. This was inconvenient and for the price we paid I surely feel like this should not have happened. The ice maker needs to be repaired or a new refrigerator put in. Listing states ice maker.

Great 4th of July

This was our 2nd time staying on the key and our 1st time at this location. Its on the north side of the island on the gulf side. We rented a boat for the week and it was about a 10 boat ride to everything (sand bar, 7 mile bridge and ect). The unit had everything you needed. The only down side is for the property and not to the unit, is the grills are not close (they needed to be well cleaned and we was the ones doing the cleaning every day), the pool water was very warm (like bath water), location of the unit to the fish cleaning station (when they clean out the trash can the smell is very overpowering for a hour or two) and parking (the over flow lot was full and we had to park at a store one night as our 2nd car did not have a place to park). Over all we will be back as the unit was great.

Beautiful home on the water

Well maintained home with everything you could possibly need. Short distance to many restaurants and attractions, but secluded enough to be peaceful and quiet. A place to dock your boat if you choose or watch manatee, spotted stingray, or other wildlife like we enjoyed. We would love to come back to Indigo 42!

Beautiful View, Nice Condo and Community, Convenient Boating to Gulf or Ocean

This unit was very clean and had a cute beachy vibe. Beds were comfortable and everything seemed well stocked. They even start you out with soaps, etc, so you don’t have to go out and buy that the 1st night. View was beautiful and the condo’s location was very convenient to our boat and the pool. Docking the boat was a bit stressful the 1st time but you get use to turning in the canal surprisingly quickly. Indigo Reef would be great for a multi-family vacation, too!

#42 Indigo Reef Marathon Fl

Unit was clean and ready for us. Communication was great as was check in. Boat slip was directly in front of unit as was the pool which was delightful. Folks staying on property were all courteous. Furniture and beds were comfortable. Views were great. Manatee came into the lagoon two days which was a treat. Great property.

Beautiful property, great views, great location

Well designed unit with plenty of space, virtually new in appearance. Wonderful sunset views to the west as well as during the day. Quiet, secluded property well maintained in all respects. Marathon proved to have plenty of things to do and great places to eat, better than our originally planned Tavernier destination. Special thumbs up for Island Fish Company and Florida Keys Aquarium Encounters.
