The house is wonderful. It has all the amenities needed. Host has supported and followed up for all the queries quickly. Would like to come back next time when we visit Denver.
A group of coworkers stayed in this large, modern home during a work related trip to Denver. The many bedrooms and bathrooms were great for our group. There was plenty of space to hang out together. The home had everything we needed. It was conveniently located near places to eat and a quick drive into town. Our host quickly responded to our questions. We’d definitely love to come back again!
Not the luxury that we expected. Very spacious located in a great area.
Home was very spacious and in an area that is an easy drive to many locations in Denver Metro. Issues that prevented the home from being luxurious. Upon arrival the key pad batteries were dead. Owner did respond advising us to change the batteries. I felt that with the price we paid, seemed a little out of line to ask us to replace the batteries. We compromised and found some batteries out of a remote to switch the batteries out and luckily that did work. After checking in we noted that two of the bathrooms didn't have toilet paper. Not a huge issue as we planned to buy some for the 9 day stay but again when renting a luxury place we would expect toilet paper to be provided for the initial stay. The carpets were filthy. Dead bug, dirty, and stained. The garage area upon entry was dirty and trash was piled up. It looked as if the trash hadn't been taken out for weeks. The host did get the trash taken out upon letting them know about the issue. We also had an issue with the shower in the Casita as the drain was slow and needed cleaned out. The Host did send someone to add draino to the drain but that didn't correct the condition. Overall the home is in a great area. Homes are very close together so you will hear and see neighbors, parking is a little tight as driveway is small.

Liked: Check-in, location
Disliked: Cleanliness, listing accuracy
The size of the house was nice and the layout of the house was nice. We were happy to find a place that fit our entire family that was with us. The issue is this place was not a "Luxury" home and we overpaid. It has the potential to be a "Luxury" home but it was obvious that no maintenance is done on this house and it was not very clean. The cabinets don't close fully, it is missing molding in several places, there were several of the sheets that had stains, blankets that had and unknown substance on it. The Garage door didn't open because there was no power going to garage door opener. There was a Christmas tree up in the living room, the patio furniture was just kind of scattered on the deck, the basement didn't look like it had been cleaned in a few months. Lots of potential if some of the money was put back into the house. Not worth the 2600 we paid for two nights.
