The home is filled with natural light and inviting spaces across multiple levels. The entry-level living room is warm and comfortable, featuring a TV for cozy nights in. Upstairs, an open-concept kitchen with modern appliances flows into the dining area and out onto a deck and backyard—perfect for shared meals and quiet mornings surrounded by nature.

One half-level up, you’ll find a game room designed for fun and connection. It’s equipped with a foosball table, two classic arcade games, and a collection of board games. Just one more level up sits the serene primary bedroom with a walk-in closet, and an en-suite bathroom, complete with a beautiful built-in soaking tub for ultimate relaxation and attached is an office down a half flight of stairs with a pullout sofa perfect for families. Beautiful and spacious home in a quiet neighborhood! We all enjoyed the backyard and the access to walking paths. Home was well supplied with everything we needed. Perfect place to stay in Boulder!

Well equipped rental with lots of space to spread out. Updated kitchen with great appliances (minus ice maker kit working). Home does not have central air. Two of the rooms had mini splits with fans in the remaining rooms. We were under the impression from the listing that there was air conditioning throughout the home. Maintenance team was extremely nice and efficient in repairing the faulty smoke detectors. Unfortunately the repairs didn’t help our two small children’s fears for the remainder and of our trip. We found spiders and ants throughout the home (again team apologized and told us they were treating for them). The yard needs some love. It seems that many of the trees in the back have been lost or removed. Weeds are taking over all of the flower beds. However the fire pit in the back was great for s’mores. Great location with close proximity to everything

Beautiful property with a great back yard. Host was helpfully communicative but not overbearing. Everything seemed thought of. WiFi was a little weak throughout the house but otherwise a great location!
