Recientemente remodelado con dos habitaciones, un baño ubicado a solo cinco casas de las pr��stinas playas de arena blanca y las legendarias puestas de sol de la isla Anna Maria. Disfrute de nuestros nuevos muebles y una hermosa decoración playera en todo. La cocina, totalmente equipada y recientemente renovada, cuenta con gabinetes de madera maciza de cierre suave y hermosas encimeras de cuarzo. El dormitorio principal cuenta con una nueva y lujosa cama king size, un servicio de ropa profesional de gama alta y un Samsung Smart TV. En el segundo dormitorio encontrarás dos nuevas camas gemelas lujosas y un Samsung Smart TV. El baño recientemente renovado cuenta con una nueva ducha de vidrio, tocador y lujosos azulejos de mármol.

En el patio trasero, te escaparás a un área de cubierta aislada con muebles de patio nuevos, perfectos para asar a la parrilla y salir a cenar. Lávese en la ducha al aire libre después de disfrutar del día en la playa con nuestros muebles de playa. New Heron puede alojar hasta 4 personas y está muy cerca de la playa, ¡es el lugar perfecto para crear recuerdos de Anna Maria Island! ¡Empaque sus chanclas, New Heron le dará la bienvenida a vivir en la playa con estilo!

Everything was great! Kitchen was appointed super well and made cooking as easy as home. We called with one request and the matter was handled quickly and easily. The place was very comfortable and spacious. Very easy walk to beach. Highly recommend if you’re looking for an easy stay

We had a wonderful stay. The house was very clean and comfortable. The shower in the Master Bedroom was great as well. We only had two “hiccups.” One was that our refrigerator took forever (over 24 hours) to cool to regular temperature. We did call about it and they did send someone out and everyone was friendly but we found it quite odd that the fridge takes so long to cool to what we would consider a normal temperature. We had to eat ice cream rather quickly. Our second “hiccup” was that the beach umbrella and beach chairs were in really bad shape. We made them work, but we would have expected beach equipment that would be in better shape from such a reputable rental company. Especially since everything except the fridge and the beach equipment was so nice. All that to say - we would definitely consider staying here again. Super clean, comfortable and great location and met all of our needs for the four of us.

Loved loved the unit and AMI!! The water, beach and sunset were awesome. Every restaurant we went to had great food and the Creamery ice cream shop was the best!! I will be back!!

Great Week

Wife, dog, and I enjoyed a great week in Anna Maria Island. The house was very clean and had everything we needed including beach chairs which we rinsed off after using. Great location only a block to the beach. We enjoyed the great restaurants on the island including Harry’s, Slims, and of course Skinny’s for a great burger. We look forward to returning in the fall.

Amazing stay

We had a great time at blue bayou. The house was comfortable for our family. It was clean and everything was working. We had a few minor details at the house that needed to be fixed (a curtain, the wardrobe´s door) and as we communicated the need, they came to fix it. We had to evacuate the island due to hurricane Ian, so we left one week in advance. We would have appreciatted more fluid communication with us about the county information on managing the hurricane as we only got an email from Anna Maria Life Vacation Rental. We would have appreciatted very much communication to our celular phones.

Missing window coverings, master is hotter compared to other areas of the house, house was DIRTY, no storage areas. Spend roughly $200.00 of our own money to accommodate to our likings to make it comfortable for our stay.

Perfect Getaway!

Perfect location for a relaxing getaway! The house is located a block from the beach and the walk is extremely manageable - beautiful & quiet. We had two children, ages 2 & 5, and they loved the stay as equally as we did. The property has both a front and back sitting area, which was the perfect spot to relax after a long day on the beach. The outdoor shower came in handy to rinse off all the beach toys before packing them away for the trip home. I highly recommend this property - we will most definitely book in the future! :)

Great Location

The property is in a fantastic location. You are a 1 minute walk to the beach, but off of the main road running through the island. My only complaints are that there were no beach chairs at the property, and the older windows allowed quite a bit of noise in when vehicles passed by.

Loved everything about our stay!

We enjoyed every minute of our stay at Island Getaway. It’s a beautiful house in a wonderful Holmes Beach location very close to the beach. Great care has been taken to make this house ideal for guests. The decor is delightful and so well done. We didn’t want for anything. Our only suggestion would be to replace the two silver saucepans which are hard to cook with and clean since they are very stained and not non-stick. Loved the turtle motif! Loved the kitchen! Loved the pool and outside cabana! Loved the large bathrooms and bedrooms! We would be delighted to stay here again in the future and we thank the owners for allowing us to relax in their fabulous Island Getaway.

We were satisfied overall

The apartment has a good size for a family of 4, it was pretty much what we needed. Good location. However I think there could be more kitchen utensils as well as a rice maker, sandwich press, etc. The bathroom sink needs repair, for the water to drain you have to hold up the bottom piece. But other than that we enjoyed very much the stay.

just ok for what we paid for.

Air was not working, the kitchen drawers fell when opened, and the kitchen door to the patio was full of wholes where we had to close with towel paper until the handyman came the next day and put tape around it so that the mosquitoes would not come in. The large tree by the garage was letting go of these flowers that would get stuck to our cars and our shoes and got in the floor of the house and we had to continuously clean it. We had family in the next block and we wanted to be close to them. This is why we stayed there. .

Comfortable & Convenient Duplex

We enjoyed staying in the New Heron....comfortable and convenient to the beach (5 minutes), to good dining and to shopping. We were able to walk to many of the places we wanted to go. Great. Also having beach chairs in garage was an added extra. The only issue we encountered was the toilet overflowed underneath and a new wax ring had to be installed. And perhaps the biggest surprise was that the New Heron is a duplex....The patio out back was nice but not as private as we would have liked with sound of neighbors adjacent to us being quite apparent. All in all, an enjoyable stay.
