Condo, 2 Bedrooms + Convertible couch bed, 2 Baths, (Sleeps 7)
Our sunny condo has windows on 3 sides as well as a skylight in the living room, allowing you to enjoy views of both the mountain in the backyard as well as the distant mountain ranges. The large, fully equipped kitchen has a bar seating area adjacent to the dining area. There are nearby grocery stores if you want to cook, but if you do not, you can walk to a large variety of restaurants on Main Street. You can relax in the condo’s Jacuzzi bath tub or take advantage of the Club House with hot tub and sauna. In the warmer months the balcony is a wonderful place to cook on the gas grill, have meals with the hummingbirds and enjoy the mountain scenery. The gas fireplace will keep the living room cozy while you watch the flat screen HDTV complete with Blue Ray disk player and wireless internet. Our 1200 square foot unit has its own washer and dryer. There are additional washers and dryers in the clubhouse as well as a big screen TV.
The condo has a king bed in the master bedroom and 2 queen beds in the second bedroom. There is a twin bed in the sunroom and at night you can see the moon and stars beyond the mountain from the bed. The living room couch converts to a double bed. Bureaus in each bedroom and the sunroom lend plenty of drawer space, and each bedroom has a large closet. There are flat screen HDTVs in each of the bedrooms. There are 2 full size bathrooms with bathtub/showers. The bathroom with the Jacuzzi tub connects directly to the master bedroom as well as directly to the living area. The second bedroom has a connecting bath as well as its own outside doorway and can be locked off from the condo if desired. Access to this 3rd floor condo is by enclosed stairway, there is no elevator.
When you are ready for the outdoor activities, you can start with the 63 miles of recreational path accessed from the condo’s backyard. Use it to bike, hike, roller blade, skateboard, snowshoe, or cross country ski. We provide a ski locker at Center Village at Copper Mountain for our guests. It is located only steps away from American Flyer and American Eagle lifts. There is also a locker beside the unit’s covered parking space for skis and snowboards. At the other end of Main Street is a marina which provides boating and other activities on the reservoir during both the summer and the winter months. The lift lines at Copper Mountain are a 10 minute ride from the bus stop right outside our building on the Free Summit Stage bus. You can also take the Summit Stage to the Breckenridge, Keystone and Arapahoe ski areas, as well as shopping and business areas throughout Summit County. If you decide to stay here, we think you will want to come back again and again. We certainly did!

About Jamie and Simon Lewis
For many years we lived in a beach town on the Gulf of Mexico but are northerners by birth. We missed cold, crisp, snowy winters and 4 seasons. We bought the condo so we could enjoy the year round outdoor activities that Summit County offers. Once we retired from our jobs as biomedical researchers, we moved to a neighborhood in Frisco. We can ensure that our guests have a clean, comfortable and welcoming place to enjoy their vacations. We will happily answer questions about places to go and things to do.
Jamie and Simon Lewis purchased this Condo in 2011
Why Jamie and Simon Lewis chose Frisco
Our condo is on the free Summit Stage Bus Route which is the fastest way to get to the lifts at Copper Mountain (10 minutes) as well as business, shopping and dining locations in Breckenridge, Silverthorne and Dillon. The countywide recreational path system is directly behind the condo. We are at the West end of Frisco Main Street and everything in town is within walking distance.
What makes this Condo unique
Our condo is on the top floor of the building so you have a skylight and a beautiful view of the town and surrounding mountains. With windows on 3 sides of the 1200 square foot space, there is always something to watch. 63 miles of Summit County Recreational Pathways are accessed directly behind the building so you can hop onto it to ride bikes, walk, run and even roller blade or skateboard in the summer. In the winter you can cross country ski or snowshoe on the path. When the weather is warmer, you can eat lunch on the balcony with the hummingbirds.

It was a great place. I would stay there again
Perfect! They thought of everything!
We were pleasantly surprised! Jamie & Simon have thought of everything from heated mattresses (the temps dipped below 0°), extra bedside extension cords to a well stocked and serviceable kitchen. The Summit Stage picks you up directly in front of the condo and goes to Copper and Breckenridge. Sunny Frisco Condo is cozy and homey and was a welcome place to come to at the end of a tiring day skiing. The views were incredible and our hoss were always available. The ski locker was an added perk!
Cozy and Convenient!
Great condo! Very clean, updated, and had everything we needed! Conveniently located near downtown Frisco, with a bus stop to Copper right outside the door. And the overnight locker at Copper was a HUGE bonus! Condo had great views, fireplace, and bigger than expected. Would definitely stay again!
Great place, location, everything you need & more!
We stayed for 4 nights in mid-December – my husband and I and our 18 year old nephew. It was GREAT! This place is spotless, so nicely decorated, everything you could possibly need and then some is in a cabinet, a drawer, a closet. The best appointed condo we’ve ever stayed in via VRBO. It was great for my nephew to have his own room and full bath – his own space. The master bedroom has a balcony and full bath with a washer/dryer - great to have as well. All the kitchen essentials and more. Fantastic kitchen space with spacious counters and large table. Cozy living area furniture, nice gas fireplace. Extra twin bed in the sun room area. Tons of natural light, lots of movies and games for snowy nights in. Walking distance to all the restaurants and shops on the main street, covered parking. Hot tub and sauna shared by the condo (which we did use, every day!). Easy access to I-70, Summit Stage is right out the front door with quick and easy access to Copper Mountain. Lots of helpful info in the blue book. Working with the owner was very pleasant, quick response time and a wealth of information. Owners really want to make sure you enjoy your stay and have everything you need. I would definitely stay here again.
Newly renovated kitchen and bathrooms - charming
The condo's kitchen and bathrooms have been renovated and are beautiful. The marble countertops and alder cabinets blend with the welcoming "mountain cabin" atmosphere. The condo has all the comforts of home including things like laundry soap, spices, and tissues! Every effort has been made to help guests feel comfortable and relaxed.
Such a lovely surprise!
No, it's not too good to be true, this place really does deserve all of the 5* ratings it has received. The communication with the hosts is easy, as you would hope, but they have gone way beyond to provide a really comfortable, clean, homely condo. The location is easy, we could easily have walked to dine out, but enjoyed the condo too much to bother! It is located on the 3rd floor which, coming from sea level was a bit of a challenge, but am happy to report that we were bounding up those stairs without stopping by the end ! Really hope we will be back.
