The Trip That Never Happened

Upon arriving to this property there was great communication with the host, but the day of arrival I got minimal information. The address the host sent me was different than the address posted on VRBO and both were incorrect. I tried calling and contacting the owner at the time of 4pm check in and did not hear back until 10:30pm. By then I already had to book other accommodations. The owner resent the address that I already went to and was incorrect. It's been over a week and I have yet to be reimbursed for my stay that didn't happen. While trying to report the situation my call to VRBO support was disconnected. A claim was filed but I'm still waiting for my case to be settled.
