Our home is in the ideal location in Greater Scottsdale. We are right between Old Town Scottsdale, Camelback Mountain, and Fashion Square, near some of the greatest golf courses & spas in the world. Here, you'll be centrally located to access the best of the area: first-class nightlife and entertainment, outdoor activities, and fine dining await you and your group.
Getting Around:
The best way to get around is by car, ridesharing services, bike, or public transportation. Both off-street and on-street parking is available. The driveway has space for 2 cars. Should you prefer to leave your car at home, there is a bus stop only a few steps from the house "44th St & Osborn Rd" that will take you to a majority of the shops in the area. Uber/Lyft is a convenient option, too.
Other Things to Note:
Please note that the vacuum in the pool should not be removed.

-We do not accept peer-to-peer payment systems or any prepaid debit cards as methods of payment.
-Pets are not allowed at this property.
-Mailing packages to the premises is not permitted.
-We use Arlo and Noise Aware in our homes. Arlo is a video recording system that has been installed at the front/back doors of the home’s EXTERIOR ONLY, for your safety. NoiseAware is a decibel monitoring system that we use to keep in accordance with local noise regulations.

You will have complete privacy here, however every question or concern you may have before or during your stay will be promptly addressed via messenger or phone. In the case of a maintenance emergency, our ground team is available to assist you. Entry is keyless, there’s no need to coordinate key pick up.
