One of the best!

This is a terrific place. It is in a great location, plenty of space for a large group, well-stocked kitchen, beautiful outdoor seating, and a lovely hot tub. Access to the pools and hot tub at the clubhouse was a bonus as well. High quality linens, plenty of towels, and an easy checkout process as well. This is definitely one of the best places we have stayed. Highly recommend.

Great place to stay!

The place is very spacious that was able to house my family vacation: 13 adults and 6 children. There are a lot of fun activities: board games, pool/card tables, cornhole, firepit, hot tub and TVs. It is very comfortable and has a lot of your everyday bathroom amenities and kitchenware for any cooking needed along with cleaning supplies. The location makes you feel isolated for a good getaway, but also close to supermarkets which is only 20min away for any forgotten items/food. You do have to keep in mind, you can not be loud after 10pm. Overall, the place was great and welcoming. I would highly recommend this place to others.

Family Christmas

What a perfect place for all the kids and grandkids for Christmas. Everyone enjoyed the game room, sauna, hot tub and pool. All kids skied for the first time at Tree Tops. Also did tubing. Kitchen was great for preparing food for everyone. Dining room table large enough for nightly games for 14 of us! The neighborhood is private and peaceful. Saw wild turkeys and a fox. Would rent again for sure.

Luxury and relaxation in a homey setting.

From the moment we arrived the home was so warm and welcoming. Every detail was so well thought out. We needed nor wanted for nothing that wasn’t already there for our use and comfort. The decor was so charming and the home was so comfortable it was easy to relax and feel at home. The home was incredibly clean, beds were super comfortable and the towel supply plentiful. I couldn’t have asked for a better stay!

One of the best place we've stayed!

We are a total of 14 adults and 2 children. Everyone had an amazing vacation thanks to the warm accommodation. The place is big enough for all, 6 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms which were all clean. The game room and hot tub were the main highlight. Bathroom and kitchen were stocked with great amenities and things you need. Coffee bar was complete as well. The host made sure that we are comfortable and enjoying our stay. This place definitely deserve 5 stars! And we will surely book again.

Delightful hosts and great location

We were staying at this property for a New Year gathering with friends and family. The location is great and close to all snow resorts. Also, there are plenty of things to do around the area. The house was immaculately clean and extra ( I mean extra-extra) linens have been provided. Additionally, we have found a bunch of complimentary items we could use during our stay. The hosts were very responsive and resolved an issue we were having with the hot tub (someone accidentally put it in sleeping mode) almost immediately. The kitchen is completely stocked up and you don't have to think twice about bringing any extra items. I'd recommend anyone staying in this property! Great vacation and wonderful memories!

Absolutely Gorgeous

This Michigan Retreat W/Gameroom & Hot Tub met every one of my expectations and more. The fine detail that went into the beautiful Christmas decorations was amazing. The kitchen was well prepared for large goups with the plates and silverwear. The cookwear pots & pans made you feel at home. The coffee bar was stocked with whatever flavor of coffee you would like to try for the day. Clean is an understatement, very clean. Beds very confortable and lots of extra linen if needed. Games in the gameroom for all ages. This home is beyound well maintained and it shows. The owner truly cares to make you feel at home and has proven that with all of the fine detail in so many areas. Great mom's weekend getaway!

This rental is straight out of a magazine! The amount of detail put into even the little things, from extra toothbrushes and makeup remover in every bathroom to the nightstands with multi-plugs to charge your devices, and even a fancy frame with the Wi-Fi information. Extraordinary! Downtown Gaylord with shopping and water rental places/skiing is less than 15 minutes away and it's only an additional 15 minutes to Boyne Mountain. There's plenty to do around this area, but you could just stay put at the house and have a fun time. Hot tub - check! Basement full of activities - check! Huge kitchen with an island (which we all know is where everyone always ends up hanging out) - check! Everyone enjoyed the beautiful coffee cabinet throughout our stay, too. Everything here is comfortable, eye catching, and welcoming! We would all recommend this rental to anyone.

Beautiful house with an abundance of amenities!

This home exceeded our expectations! Such a beautiful home with lovely decor! And there are so many bedrooms, beds and bathrooms to accommodate our large family of 15! The setting was great; we could sit on the deck and enjoy the view of the golf course and the surrounding trees. The deck was so large with more than enough seating for all of us to sit around and also to have our meals. The kitchen was spectacular! It was very large and equipped with more amenities than we have ever had at a rental house. There was so much comfortable seating in the main living room and the room downstairs. All of us enjoyed the game room - so much to offer for entertainment. The owner was very kind, communicative and quick to reply to any questions we had. We were able to take a day trip to Mackinac Island; only an hour drive from the home. We have rented a lot of different VRBO's over the years and this one is ranked at the top of our list! We would highly recommend this place and we hope to come back again!
