Discover the ultimate in relaxation at our Nokomis Beach Home, located just a short bike ride (7 minutes) or car drive (5 minutes) from the warm, sandy beach and a variety of delicious seafood restaurants. Our home provides comfort in three spacious bedrooms, each with a modern design and cozy ambiance. For those looking to explore, we offer five bikes and two kayaks (please remember to sign the release form). Our unique design is not only functional but also fun. The master shower is conveniently located inside the bedroom, and outside, you can relax on the deck, complete with a charcoal BBQ, outdoor sofa and tables, and ambiance lighting that sets a romantic mood on the patio. With four levels and two sofa beds, our home is perfect for accommodating larger families, and the bicycles are at your disposal for independent exploring. Nestled on a corner property, our home offers both privacy and security. Experience your dream vacation where luxury and adventure meet! The main vacation rental property is thoughtfully designed to provide comfort and privacy, with clear shared amenities and parking guidelines. An independent apartment is attached to the house, where the garage once was. While this apartment is physically connected to the main house, it is entirely self-contained, ensuring privacy for all guests. If you're interested in renting the apartment, please let us know so we can check its availability.

The laundry room, which connects to the patio of the main rental property, is a shared amenity available on a first-come, first-served basis. Guests are kindly asked to wait until the laundry is free before using it and to be considerate of others.

For parking, guests staying in the main A-frame house should use the driveway on the left when facing the house. The driveway on the right is reserved for apartment guests. Fun time at the beach

Had a fun fossil hunt with the members of our rock collectors group, and stayed at this cute place about 5 mins from the beach. Loved the vibe!

Beach Retreat

The house was very clean and welcoming. The location is great because it feels secluded in quiet neighborhood but extremely close to everything including beach. We were surprised by how close it was to the beach. Also, the host was very helpful and responsive with my questions! There as a minor property issue and he handled it quickly and efficiently! We would stay here again.

The house & vibe is perfect but the bugs!

I am someone who doesn’t write good or bad reviews unless it’s fantastic or there’s an issue. My family and I loved the property but the bed buds or fleas infestation was a nightmare. The couches where my sister, cousins & I hung out on were infested with bugs that when we’d wake up the next day we would be itching and also red dots all over our legs and arms. Honestly half the refund would be nice since we’ve had to go get cream and other things to help us out.

House Pros: clean, a fan in every room Cons: a/c not consistent throughout the house, one of the bathrooms didn’t have hand soap, shampoo dispensers didn’t work, leaking pipe under the kitchen sink, no dish washer detergent, fridge ice maker and water dispenser didn’t work, small trash can in the kitchen/not enough trash bags Property Pros: plenty of parking for 4 cars, swing, hammock Cons: rope holding the hammock was terribly worn, couldn't find the trash bin Neighborhood Pros: quiet, close to the beach, grocery stores, and restaurants Amenities Pros: bicycles, beach chairs, kayaks Cons: didn’t get to use the bicycles, got the wrong code for locks Communication Pro: professional Con: could have been more prompt
