The space
A welcoming spacious but comfortable family home. Coming for the fishing derby? It’s right next door at the Van Everest boat launch and I have PLENTY of space for your boat trailer on this almost 17 acre property! Sit in the sunroom with a good book and enjoy the water view. The garage is fully converted to entertain all ages and LOADS of extras avail upon request (want a bouncy house for your kiddos?!? You got it!!) There are games, toys, a sprinkler and a paved driveway for sidewalk chalk. A clubhouse with kids kitchen and toys, with a sandbox behind. Enjoy the fire pit with 8 new chairs to use to sit around and make memories with your family. Even a paddle boat (although a heavy carry in my opinion) to enjoy Lake Champlain. A true Vermont vacationers paradise!

No smoking whatsoever, no pets, but plenty of fun and outdoor containers to meet smokers needs.

You will have access to whole home, minus the apartment in the walkout basement. Coming with a larger group? Ask me about renting both spaces!
