This condo was in a great location and met all of our needs. We were very comfortable here. The pool down by the river is beautiful. Having an elevator to access the third floor was super convenient. Communication was excellent!!

This was the perfect setting in New Braunfels to allow us to see family members from Austin to San Antonio! Ample room for 4 adults and a pet and all the amenities we needed for an extended stay. We really enjoyed the location and this specific property. Our Host provided everything we needed and made the experience one we would like to repeat!

We had a wonderful stay at this condo! It was incredibly well kept, clean, and spacious—perfect for our family. The space had such a warm, homey feel that made it easy to relax and settle in right away. You can tell the owners put thought and care into the details. We would absolutely stay here again. Process was really easy. The only bad thing was the batteries on the door were dying so sometimes it would be hard to open. The hot tub was great.

Wonderful!

We had the best trip with family and friends! The condo was great, beautiful and big. There was plenty of room for all of us! The property is gorgeous! The host even sent us a treat from Nothing Bundt Cakes! Would definitely stay again and recommend!

Enjoying New Braunfels

We really enjoyed our stay at the Blue Llama. Ideal location, near everything New Braunfels has to offer and a short drive to Gruene as well. The facility has great amenities, pools and hot tubs, plus private river access. We saw security patrolling the parking lots and grounds on several occasions. Aimee was a great host and provided us recommendations for local restaurants. The condo had everything we needed for our stay.

Perfect get away!!!

I highly recommend!! The condo was even better in person! It was exceptionally clean. The location & neighborhood are excellent. Aimee is an amazing host. Any question or concerns we had Aimee responded very quickly. Couldn't have asked for a better host. We will definitely be back!

Great reunion

The property was exactly as described. My friends and I did not use the amentities on the property so i cannot comment on those but the property was perfect! We were in town to meet aup with an old high school friend that live in New Braunfels. Would stay here again in a heartbeat. Very clean. Newly updated

Spring Break 2024

I drove my 15 year old son and two of his friends from California to the Texas Hill Country to tube down the river, see The Eclipse, and visit family. Aimee helped me add a night at the last minute and gave me so many different options for tubing, restaurants, things to do and answered all of my questions quickly. The condo was very clean and had plenty of room for all of us and have my aunts visit for the day. The Guadalupe River is at the back of the property down a grassy hill. The boys loved it. The deer were everywhere and we so enjoyed seeing them walking about and hanging out. I would definitely stay at The Blue Llama again!!!!!
