The Space:
Welcome to your completely renovated short term rental property! This beautiful abode boasts striking vaulted ceilings and an open floor-plan that is perfect for entertaining. You'll notice that the flooring is entirely outfitted in gorgeous wood grain ceramic tile, softened by cozy area rugs throughout.

If you are traveling with furry friends, look no further! This property includes two outdoor dog runs to keep your furry companions safe and happy. You'll also enjoy spending time outdoors on the delightful swing, trampoline, and taking advantage of the BBQ pit whenever you like. A stunning gazebo is available for use any time of day, adorned with twinkling hanging lights and a fire pit.

Enjoy a meal in the outdoor dining area, or head back inside to take advantage of the beautiful, newly-updated kitchen. You'll also find a spacious laundry room on site for all your convenience. The master bedroom is a luxurious escape in and of itself, offering a walk-in closet with a vanity desk for getting ready in style.

Privacy is key, and this rental property offers just that - with no immediate neighbors to the back, you are free to relax and unwind in your own private backyard. You'll love the welcoming entrance, with the dining area open to the kitchen and living room, offering ample space for lounging and enjoying your stay.

Older neighborhood. Very quiet. Nice neighbors.

Getting Around:
It’s less than a quarter of a mile to H-E-B grocery. 5 min from Wurzbach Parkway that cuts through the city to military bases all the way to the med center. 1.5 miles to IH-35 that connects San Antonio to Schertz, Cibolo, New Braunfels, San Marcos then eventually Austin. There is plenty of parking but it’s not covered.

Other Things to Note:
The two single beds can be easily be combined to create a larger bed. Theres a pull out couch so the home can sleep 8. We have a fully stocked kitchen.

Great place

Everything was so easy! House was clean. Had everything you needed. The outside area was so nice just to unwind in the evenings. The hose was very responsive to messages! We definitely be staying on my next trip! Thank you!!

Great place for kids!

The house had a swing, trampoline, and games on site which was great for our son! The house also wasn’t in a super busy location, which is exactly what we wanted. The neighborhood was quiet. Walmart and HEB are very close, so that was an added bonus!

Nice home, Great stay

The owner was very helpful with questions. The home is really nice and the beds were good. We had dogs with us the backyard was great for them. I hope to be able to use this home again in the future.

Great place, great location, very happy!

The location is great (short walk to Wal-mart, near many things!). The house is beautiful, great facilities and beds, great amenities in backyard (used the grill, gazebo, trampoline, toys), spacious for its size and good lighting. The only thing not perfect was the lack of dishwasher, but you know that going in, and the kitchen is otherwise BIG and wonderful. We brought a small fold-out table to do puzzles on (just an idea) so we didn't have to have the puzzle on the dining table. Quiet neighbors for the most part. There were a few VERY minor things I brought to the attention of the host but definitely not worth complaining about or deducting a star about. We'd stay there again!
