It was hard for us to get the wheelchair in the front door. Handy cap excess could be improved.

Cozy, comfy, well organized, nice extras. Plenty of space for activities. We enjoyed our stay here. We’d stay again.

Lovely stay

Our weekend getaway with three adults was fabulous! The location was ideal, perfect for visiting family and within a short distance from the airport, shops, restaurants, and major highways. The property itself was lovely and thoughtfully appointed which created a warm and inviting atmosphere. We would absolutely stay here again on our next trip to San Antonio

Great Place for Family Gatherings

Plenty of room for gathering with family. Beds are comfortable, Kitchen is equipped with everything you need. Check in was so easy. Patio is larger and covered and has a charcoal grill with sink. That was a nice surprise. Location is close to highway to get you where you need to go.

Very Clean and spacious

The property was very nice. Had all the necessary kitchen utensils and bathroom items. Pressure was too low on the hot water though.

House Fit For Royalty

This property has so much to offer and was perfect for our family’s Thanksgiving trip. The back patio and outdoor kitchen were phenomenal and the furnishings were exceptionally nice. The location was convenient to us and the neighborhood seemed quiet and safe. We will definitely look at staying here again for our next visit.

Trip for training

The furniture is totally wrongThe living room furniture is IKEA special and it’s way too low on the floor might as well be sitting on a pillowThe master bedroom has a king size bed, leaving less than 40 inches around the perimeter of the bed. Nowhere to put your suitcase unless you unpack everything and put it in the Chester drawers very difficult to walk around the bed.

Review the improvement on this property

The internet is not strong in the bed room. The owner need to buy the booster to improve the network. The shower door in the master bathroom design is not proficient that cause the water leak out to the floor after the person take a shower.

Review

The property was very nice but the kitchen was not very clean. Check in was at 3:00. We arrived T 3:30 & the cleaning people were still there. We finally able to get in about 20 minutes later. It was obvious they didn’t finish the kitchen.

Great place!

Very clean, rooms were inviting. Kitchen/dining/living room open floor plan allowed family to have a great time. Extra room with seating and tv allowed another fun little space. Tempted to throw some steaks on that awesome patio bbq area but time was limited. Will definitely consider for the next stay. Highly recommend!

Great Location, Home and Host

Location was perfect to get around North San Antonio and Downtown. House was updated and the kitchen, outdoor cooking and dining area were all great. Extra touches on the bathrooms and bedrooms were much appreciated. Beds were super comfortable. Wifi was fast. AC kept up well with the 110 degree heat. Host was great. Easy to communicate with and not over communicative.

Crown

The house worked well for us as we were in town for a funeral and had small kids. Hotel rooms lack play space and family dining areas. We paid a rather large fee for cleaning and were disappointed to find skittles on the dining chairs and Froot Loops on the floor. There was also a used napkin: Kleenex tucked in the edge of the couch. This made us wonder if the house had been cleaned prior to our arrival.

Property was as pictured.

It was basically clean but found a few dead roaches upon arrival. We did see a live roach on day 2 of our stay. Previous renters left a mess out at the garbage can. Contacted management who took over a day to respond giving us a code to go to the trash cans behind fence and originally asked us to clean it up. They eventually sent maintenance to clean up.

A week of relocation

The pictures of the property are accurate. The house was nicely remodeled, minutes away from grocery stores, in a quite older neighborhood, and close to many restaurants. There were several lightbulbs that needed to be replaced and or light outlets that had a short and only worked something, including the outside patio amenities. Also, the Wi-Fi signal was weak and the internet banwith did not allow us to work or watch TV without numerous interruptions. Overall, this property served its purpose while we helped to relocate my daughter to the area. I would recommend this property.

Overall a good home

Only minor cleaning stuff that was overlooked. Someone left their business in the master toilet and some the living room remote was missing the back part but we informed the property manager right away, he took it into account. Then at check out, although we already paid for cleaning service with our rental; they make you take out the trash and place all your towels in the laundry room. Like why did I pay to do the cleaning service person’s job? But apparently that’s normal for them. Now if they managed my property I’d commend them on that. Beds were incredibly comfy. The design and decor was very nice. Minor misses on how clean everything was but not as bad as other places. Except for the surprise in the master bath, that could have been handled better.

Family Funeral

We flew in from the Carolinas for a funeral. My brother was a little hesitant about staying in a VRBO. He travels a lot but tends to stay in hotels. This place may have changed his mind. The neighborhood felt safe and quiet. It looked better in the daytime than it did at the late hour that we arrived. The yard was well looked after (low maintenance front yard), and landscapers arrived on our last day to keep it tidy. The back patio was set up to entertain. It was not as private as we would normally like, but we were not in town for that. The house itself is rather ordinary looking on the outside, but really steps it up on the inside. It is tastefully decorated with some higher end finishings. Beds were comfortable and there was plenty of space for us to spread out. I even found a little desk in a back room where I could get some work done. The kitchen is stocked with some of the bare essentials (spices and coffee for example) and whatever a previous guest may have left for you. We wound up leaving some of our bottled waters. The location was great... easy access to the interstate, downtown and the airport. Restaurants were just an easy 20 minute walk away if you did not feel like taking your car. Response was quick (text or email) with the rental company if we needed something. We had an issue with our entry code, but they sent us a new one within seconds. Check out is one of the easiest we have ever had to do.

Final Four weekend

My father and I stayed at this great home while attending the men’s NCAA Final Four. The home was clean and very enjoyable. The only recommendation would be to have big trash liners for the rubbish in the kitchen.
