Fully furnished living space and equipped kitchen. Queen beds in all bedrooms.
Laundry on site. Linens are NOT provided. Monthly rentals only per City of Newport regulations, or stay the entire summer.
Parking on-site for one vehicle tandem with other unit. Plenty of street parking, no permit required.
Unit 2 is on the second and third floors and has four bedrooms. Unit 1 is on the first floor has two bedrooms and is also available for larger groups who want the entire house.
