This cozy, first floor retreat features 2 bedrooms with a king bed, bunk bed w/double & twin & twin trundle, perfect for small groups or families. Two full bathrooms are equipped with showers, bathtub, hair dryer and other amenities. Guests can unwind in comfort in a very clean, well maintained and newly renovated in 2025 property. Kick back, relax, and enjoy everything Newport and our apartment have to offer. *No more than four adults or two adults and three kids without owner approval.

Start the dishwasher
Strip any used beds and gather used towels
Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks, and take out the trash
Turn off the lights, lock the doors, and return the keys
Please place all used bedding and towels that need to be laundered on the floor in the master bedroom closet
Leave the key under the mat outside the entrance door to the unit
Leave heat at 55 degrees in the wintertime when departing from the property and AC off when departing in the summer. Make sure all windows are closed and doors locked.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
Upstairs unit so we ask that renters avoid loud noises, and other disruptions utilizing good judgement during the early morning + later evening hours.
Trash and Recycling Bins - one of each assigned to this unit and must be brought to front of property Sunday evening, returned to back storage on Mon.

Absolutely fantastic experience - I couldn’t recommend the space more! Thoughtfully renovated, details weren’t missed. The spa-like bathtub you actually want to sit in was a nice surprise. Perfect location for walking in and out of town. Hosts were incredibly responsive without being overbearing- a thoughtful guide with all questions typed out was a nice touch. Will stay here again!
