Close to groceries, movies and restaurants. Freshly painted. Newer stove & microwave. Newer living room furniture. New bathroom vanities. Garage available for use. Requires condo guest application. Must book minimum of 12 days prior to desired stay.

Wintering in Largo

We really enjoyed our stay at the Indian Springs condo this winter. The unit was spacious and had everything we needed inside to more than meet our needs. The community is terrific with lots of great people. The community is located just a short walk to the gulf with ready access to shopping, restaurants, grocery stores, etc. We have already recommended to family and friends.

Nice location walking distance to beach

The property was in a good location. Is a very busy highway by the drawbridge. Kitchen was well stocked. Was surprised there wasn’t a washer and dryer in condo itself. After years of renting I never considered there wouldn’t be one inside each individual condo but here you share a common laundry that you must pay for. Who wants to spend time running to the washer/dryer to check clothes while on vacation? Not myself! Disappointed to say the least. Property was clean and maintained.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Our stay was work related and the condo was perfect. When we could get there, the beach access was great! The unit was well equipped with everything you could need and it was nicely furnished. The beds were comfy and the location was really convenient for everything we needed to do! Would definitely recommend a stay here.

Met some very nice people in the complex. It needs a few upgrades.

Rating Details: The property manager was more than helpful. The vacation rental was somewhat dirty. I was more than happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The unit was nice but there was still clutter in the closets belonging to the former owner, whom I understand is now deceased and her son owns the unit. Not a big problem but it could be cleared out without much trouble. All towels and bed sheets should be changed as still appears to be the old stuff from former owner. Bathrooms could use a refresher although they worked well. Upstairs carpet was old and dirty. Should be replaced.On the positive: nice living room and kitchen furnishings: good fridge, stove, microwave, table & chairs. Nice patio set on deck. Nice bed and furniture in master. Appeared to be new flooring on main level and on the smaller deck. Painting in rooms appeared to be quite fresh. Overall pleased with unit.
