Take a short stroll along the shoreline to Ski Run Marina for boat rentals, fishing charters, shopping, and local dining options.

A quiet end townhome near the parking for easy access, your two-bedroom with loft townhome boasts vaulted ceilings, a gas fireplace, and a modern, open layout. The full kitchen is well-equipped for prepping your favorite recipes, and there’s plenty of space to gather for mealtime, board games, and puzzles between the living and dining areas. Step out on the furnished balcony for a breath of fresh mountain air anytime.

Things to Know
Guests staying at a South Lake Tahoe rental must adhere to all City Ordinances. Quiet hours are from 10 p.m. to 9 a.m. In addition, no open flames, no smoking, and parking permits apply. Maximum occupancy cannot be exceeded under any circumstance. Fines of up to $2000 will be imposed by The City of South Lake Tahoe, without warning, for any violations.

Parking notes: There is free parking available for 2 vehicles.

Security camera details: There are surveillance cameras throughout Lakeland Village property in the common areas only. There are no surveillance cameras inside the home.


Ski shuttle details: Lakeland Village does not provide transportation, but the resort is on the city bus route; however, the city bus system does not go to Heavenly. You can catch the bus with a stop at the Gondola downtown. For additional information, please visit https://www.tahoetransportation.org/transit/.


Dock details: There is a beautiful, large pier with a bench for viewing the Lake. No boat docking, no fishing, no diving or jumping off the dock.



Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.

Location is great, but housekeeping was a bit lacking. There was caused towel under the bed and the floor was dirty with sand and food. We ordered DoorDash and the delivery driver did not knock, but the groundsman apparently thought it was okay to open our door without knocking and tell us the food had arrived. Otherwise I would stay here again if the issues were resolved

Comfortable Stay!

My family of 4, plus grandpa stayed at this townhouse for about a week. Nice size, good layout and comfortable beds. Our 10 year olds enjoyed the pool and lakefront at this community. We would stay at this location again.

Fab location, needs a few fixes

Location was fantastic (by bus stop/lodge to go swimming & hot tub/fantastic pier and short walk to the lake (with another hot tub open in the winter). Cons - doors to women's bathroom by the lake were broken and didn't open, in the unit there was a huge gap between the door and frame on the entire side that allowed cold air to flow in and spiders (i ended up putting a towel in it each night to stop the airflow). Only two small spoons which was a pain with kids, no plastic cups to use for the hot tub. Furnace did not have a fan option so the downstairs bedrooms were always way colder than the upstairs main area, a different thermostat would have been amazing. I'm also used to rentals with a few more amenities: salt/pepper, hot pads, etc and this didn't have those. On the plus side - location was great, pool towels were awesome, great bench to put shoes under and store coats, fab closet under stairs for skis and ski boots, lots of blankets to stay cozy, lots of pillows, great smart TVs all around. Would have loved to have seen something in the condo about how to hook up to wifi (had to call the front desk), how to catch the heavenly shuttle, etc.

Don't Rent This One!

This property is looks very comfortable. However, once you get past the cosmetic appearance, the property is very poorly appointed and supplied. There are no coffee filters, no facial tissues, no condiments. For a property that sleeps six (6), there is not enough dinnerware, silverware, or glassware for a single meal. But worse, when we arrived the furnace was not working, there were no instructions and calling customer service was a big waste of time. There are no extra blankets and our first night was freezing. The furnace problem was resolved the following morning with no help from customer service, the local Vacasa staff or General Manager. No one followed up. This unit is sterile and void of basic amenities, plus there are no books or games. Lights are burned out; light switches do not work, and the fireplace is a joke; a wall switch turns it on but “ON” is only small sparkles in the insert. The instructions available appear to be for a different insert. The front door requires a 10-digit code to enter, which at night on an unlighted porch is difficult and frustrating to negotiate. It appears that after each guest the unit is cleaned but no attention is paid to the details that make a difference to the guests staying there. If you are planning to stay here, I strongly suggest that you consider somewhere, indeed anywhere else. There is a note posted inside urging you to call a phone number if your experience is not "5 Star"; the number is disconnected!
