Guests will enjoy their stay with 3 floors of living space: the main floor has 2 bedrooms and a full bathroom, open kitchen and living room with vaulted ceilings and custom stone fireplace. The upper level shares the natural light that floods in from the main floor in it's loft with a workspace desk, couch with fold out queen sized bed, books, games, etc. The master bedroom on this level has a balcony overlooking the lake and a full bathroom with jacuzzi tub and separate oversized shower. The lower level has a bedroom with bunk beds and queen fold out bed/couch, full bathroom, laundry room, and family rec room with foosball, ping pong, X- Box 360 with video games, yoga equipment, and a selection of toys for younger children. There is a Pack and Play, high chair, and Bumbo for your use as well. Available to watch are: Disney+, HBO Max, Hulu, Apple TV and over 350 Live TV Chanels on Roku. The wrap around deck has a gas grill and table for outdoor dining. The lower level has a fire pit and the lake front has a private dock perfect for fishing, swimming, or taking out one of the 5 kayaks available for your use.
The summer months are magical here at the lake. Bring your bike and take a ride around the community's quiet and low traffic roads. Visit one of the 3 playgrounds (age 1-5 is best), 2 pools, private beach with BBQ pits, or any of the other amenities included for free with the wristbands provided with your stay. In the fall the Hudson valley transforms into a picturesque landscape perfect for a hike (so many just a short drive away), apple picking, pumpkin picking, farmers markets, and visiting local wineries or distilleries. Visit the slopes to ski or go tubing in the winter- Hunter and Windham mountains are a short 20 minute ride. Historic Hudson offers many casual and fine dining restaurants, antique shops, galleries, shopping, etc. The towns of Athens, Catskill, and Coxsackie are 5-15 minutes away for convenience stores, grocery shopping, liquor stores, restaurants, breweries/bars, bowling, and movie theaters. Sleepy Hollow Lake is a short 2 hour drive from NYC and 35 minute drive to Albany.
