Charming, clean, quiet & relaxing ski condo, awesome location for skiers/riders, 2 mid week fresh towel exchanges, beautiful Mountain views from windows and balcony, wood burning fireplace in lobby along with books & puzzles, game room/exercise room/indoor pool/indoor hot tub located in lower level of building, Barrons Pub on-site lower level of building (beer, wine, snacks & TV - usually open Thursday thru Sunday).
Also located on the lower level are quiet spaces where you can sit, relax, play a board game and or read a book! (This area is always open)

Hi, we are the owners (Vin & Debi). We were both born, raised and currently reside just a few minutes north of Boston. We have 2 adult children and 5 grandchildren. We have owned this unit and 1 other unit for 14 years. We look forward to our spring skiing get away every year. We usually take a ski trip to the Alps every February and then finish our ski season spring skiing here at our slope side ski condo.

If you feel like driving then just minutes away you can ski Loon Mountain, Bretton Woods and Attitash. Feel like day tripping? You can easily drive to Wild Cat, Black Mountain, Tenney Mt, Waterville Valley, Cranmore, Sunday River ME or Jay Peak VT. Visit the nearby shops & restaurants on Loon Mountain Rd, Littleton, North Conway and Bethlehem NH.
