Great property next to a very peaceful beach. A short walk from downtown and most of the restaurants. We rented golf carts and had no problem getting anywhere. Hosts were very responsive to the few needs we had. We look forward to booking again!

Couldn't agree with this more Michael, especially the part about hoping you book again, soon!
The perfect place to host a group, given the amount of bedrooms. Right near town, with easy access to the beach. Affordable pricing with flexible day options - something that is hard to come by on Boca Grande. Would highly recommend to any traveler, but especially a group
Beautiful home with a lot of space, close proximity to downtown and steps to beach. Management was very responsive to connectivity issues we had with TVs and internet.

Thank you so much for the review of the property; it's one of the most charming homes on the island and we're grateful that people love it as much as we do. We also appreciate your kind words about out team and your patience with the technical issues during your trip. You were an absolute please to have and hope to see you back soon.
This was a beautiful home in the historic district with a walk, albeit a short one to the beach. The listing is clear that there is public parking only, so be aware that although you may park along the street in front of the house if you leave and return your parking spot may be gone and you might have to park a block or so over and walk back to the house. The furnishings, architecture, and decor were very nice and more beautiful than the online pictures seem to capture. The main rooms and dining room are certainly much larger than any other home we've stayed in and are large enough to host and entertain many more people than we had in our group. The property manager was very efficient and responsive in addressing questions and needs during our stay.
