Welcome to Marlin Key 4C! This 3-bedroom, 3-bathroom condo invites you in with abundant natural light. The dazzling living room looks out to the private balcony with stunning views of the Gulf of America. Sit out on the balcony and enjoy the salty air on the two adirondacks or spacious outdoor sofa. Relax after a day on the beach in the plush couch or two cozy recliners and large flat screen TV in living area. Drink your morning coffee out on the private balcony while listening to the waves break below. Gather around the dining table that comfortably seats six for a family meal. Additional seating of four at kitchen bar. Well-equipped kitchen is stocked with pots/pans/utensils ready to whip up a home-cooked meal. There is a washer and dryer in the unit for your convenience. The delightful main bedroom features a king bed with light flowing in from the private balcony sliding glass doors. Additionally, this bedroom has a desk and monitor setup if you are planning on working remote. The ensuite main bathroom has a large double vanity with a walk-in shower and large soaking tub. The second bedroom features a queen bed and a flat screen TV. The second bathroom features a walk-in shower. The third bedroom is the perfect place for the kiddos with one twin bunkbed and one queen size bed. The third bathroom features a shower/tub combo.

Welcome to Marlin Key on the white sands of Orange Beach! Unwind after a day on the beach and take a dip and refresh in the outdoor pool. Grill out on the charcoal grills beside the pool area while listening to the waves. The low-density building is located on the east side of Orange Beach near the Florida line. The complex DOES require parking passes and charges $38/parking pass and limits two vehicles per condo.

Marlin Key is located on the east side of Orange Beach, very close to the Florida line. A short drive to many favorite restaurants including Louisiana Lagniappe, Cobalt, and The Gulf. Marlin Key is 0.9 miles from the world-famous Flora-Bama, Flora-Bama Yacht Club and Old River Bar and Grill. Plenty of adventure as well with fishing charters, dolphin cruises, biking, Waterville USA, mini golf, and much more. We hope you enjoy your stay at Marlin Key in Orange Beach!

There is one reserved covered parking space that is marked with unit number. The second vehicle must park outside the garage in unreserved spaces. Max of two vehicles allowed.

Beach stay

We had a very good stay, and the walk to the beach was short and just perfect. The coffee pot does not work! That was our only complaint. Otherwise, all good. Beds are super comfortable!

Great location

We had a lovely month stay with friends and family. The location is awesome. The beds very comfortable. It was very well supplied. Loved that all light switches were labeled! It would be nice to have black out shades in the bedrooms not facing the Gulf— the lights from outside shone right through the shades. All in all it was a lovely month stay!

Don't hesitate!!

Our group of five LOVED our stay at Marlin Key - 4C! It's just as cute as it looks in the photos, very spacious, clean and comfy beds. We all slept great! Great views, awesome balcony furniture (love the higher chairs so you can see over the railing), very comfortable living room furniture, spacious seating in the dining areas and such a quick walk to the beach! We would not hesitate to book this unit again!

Love this condo

This is our favorite condo! All family crowd, quiet and beach rarely crowded. I was frustrated there was no starter dish wash or detergent. We are asked the run the dishwasher upon leaving and I would have expected at least one pod to do so. We had to go Buy some when we wouldn’t have if rules did ask us to run the dishwasher. There is only one dish towel in unit. So bring extra paper towels. These are small issues and why I wouldn’t rate the unit lower because of it. Overall wonderful unit and we enjoyed our stay!

We Loved Marlin Key 4C!

This condo is fantastic! PROS: Clean, updated and very spacious. The kitchen was larger than most condo kitchens and was extremely well stocked. The pantry/washroom was huge with tons of shelving for all our stuff. Lots of storage throughout the condo which kept things put up and out of the way. Loved the covered, reserved parking spot that you could also leave your beach gear in so you don’t have to lug it up to your condo. The complex was small, clean, very secure with the gate and had a very short walk to get to the beach. Neither the complex or beach was crowded at all which was exactly what we were looking for. Cons: the 2nd parking spot if needed is first come first served (only 18 non reserved spots for 28 units). When we arrived there were none available for my son’s vehicle. Fortunately someone left while we were standing there so we were able to park his truck there for the remainder of the trip and just took mine when we left because we were afraid there wouldn’t be spots available when we returned. This was not properly communicated with us before our arrival so putting it here as an FYI. Also, the condo has a preprogrammed thermostat. As a family that likes to sleep very cold, we had to keep constantly turning it down during the day and night so we didn’t get too warm. But it wasn’t bad at all just an observation! We really loved this condo and complex and feel like we finally found a place in Orange Beach we would want to book again. Thanks for a great week!
