Amazing hosts, awesome home and a perfect location - easy walk/drive to beaches, restaurants and shops.Home was absolutely beautiful - with everything you would need or want. Hosts checked in to make sure all was wonderful - and it was!. Would most definitely stay again! The entire family loved our stay!

Perfect location

Newly decorated beautiful home a few blocks from the beach and st Armand’s! The most comfortable beds. The house was so beautifully decorated. The pool was warm and sunny! We couldn’t have asked for more. Don’t hesitate to stay here.

Getaway Paradise

The property is newly renovated with stylish decor and is aesthetically pleasing. The beds were comfortable and kitchen was stocked with essentials. Since the property is newly renovated after a devastating storm, James is still in the process of fixing the kinks, if it occurs, but is quick to respond and take action. The pool was the centerpiece of our stay and we enjoyed every second of it. I would highly recommend the hosts and the property for anyone interested in Sarasota.The proximity to the bay, beach and restaurants was very convenient.

The house has an amazing location, within walking distance to the beach and downtown area where you can find restaurants and shops. The house has been renovated, and all the appliances are in perfect working condition. There were a few minor details, such as a loose shower holder or slight clogging, likely due to careless use, but nothing that couldn’t be easily fixed. The host stayed in touch and was very attentive to our needs. One suggestion would be to add a beach kit—umbrellas and chairs—which would make the stay even better. We will definitely be back!

I'm from Rhode Island originally, went to college at Eckerd in St Pete and have lived in Sarasota for more than 10 years. My wife is a native. We are both involved in our community and my wife works with at risk youth. We are well traveled and enjoy sharing the best of Sarasota with others!

There is no better place... walkable to St Armand's Circle and Lido beach, minutes to downtown Sarasota and far enough off of the circle to have peace in quiet in a freshly updated space. It is a bargain!
