Summary:
Our 3 bed/2 bath home just across the street from the beach & walking to shops & restaurants. Includes 1 king, 1 queen, & 2 twins beds. 2 living rooms each have a sleeper sofa & TV. Please note, the neighbors are currently doing renovations on their property and construction sounds can be heard, at times, during the day. Upstairs has additional eating area & access to balcony. Both bathrooms are equipped w/showers, hair dryer, & essentials. Full kitchen w/ breakfast bar. Enjoy a sunset from the 2nd floor balcony. Private pool, covered patio w/large eating area, WiFi, AC, washer/dryer, dishwasher, heated pool, gas grill & more

Landscaping will take place March 10th-12th and a new fence will be put in so the yard will look different from the current pictures in that area. New pictures to come soon.

Self check-in/out

*There is always potential for noise to be heard at a property. The house is located on a busier street and there is foot traffic. The whole island is full of vacational rentals and there are possible sounds from other rentals. There is also, always potential for local construction to be taking place.

There are raccoons and other animals are on the island. please do not leave food or trash outside.

New landscaping has been done in the back yard. New pictures are to come.

From the house there is a door seperating guests from the pool. From the outside there is a gate/fence seperating the guests from the pool. There are no other blocks between the pool.
