A ground floor, 930 sq. ft., Ski-in/Walk out condominium, Timber Creek 103 is a 2 Bedroom Loft, 2 Bathroom unit that Sleeps 8 people! The Master Bedroom has a Queen Size Bed and a Full Size Bathroom. There is a Double Bed in the second bedroom and 2 Bunk Beds in the loft. Downstairs there is a spacious Living Area complete with Free Wireless Internet, a Flat Screen TV/DVD player, Gas Fireplace and an additional Full Size Bathroom. The Full Size opens into the Dining Space and Living Room. Situated right on the Condo Access Ski Run, this residence is located in the Center Village and just a quick 3 minute walk to the American Eagle and Flyer lifts. Timber Creek #103 is ideal for larger groups or families looking for an affordable option right on the slopes of Copper Mountain. Summit County Colorado Short Term Rental Permit #BCA-73898 | One parking space per condo available on-site. Overflow parking may be available. Contact the rental management company to request a parking permit for overflow parking. Paid parking lot rates fluctuate through the winter season based on volume and demand.
