Place was just as pictured, host was quick at responding and location is perfect. The beach was a short walk or drive which we did both. We went in fall nervous on weather, don’t sleep on visiting Destin or the fall, it was as BEAUTIFUL

This was the perfect space for my dad, my husband and myself, and our toddler. Very open space! I had a couple of questions about the condo while we were there and the host responded back in a very reasonable amount of time and was very helpful. The pools and splash pad are perfect for families, we loved the zero entry pool! It was a great place to stay!

This was the second time staying at The Palms but the first time with this host. The Palms is a beautiful resort and this specific condo was really impressive. The layout is very nice, the balcony cannot be beat and there is plenty of room! We traveled my husband and myself with our adult daughter and 8 year old son. You could easily fit two more people in this condo with plenty of room. The one suggestion I have for the host would be maybe upgrade the sofa bed. Our son wanted to sleep there for the novelty of it and it was not very comfortable (I'm not so certain they ever really are).Overall, wonderful stay, great location close, host was great, I'd say 10/10 would book again!

Condo was great with awesome views. Down side is you pay for a cleaning fee but they want you to also clean up everything before the maids come in and clean up.Overall happy with the stay!

Thanks so much for the kind words—we're really happy to hear you enjoyed the condo and those beautiful views! Glad to know you had a great stay overall. Just a quick note on the cleaning—since this is our personal vacation home, we don’t have maid services such as a hotel would. Our cleaning professional comes in between guests to sanitize and get the place ready with fresh linens and towels throughout the home. Our checkout requests are kept super simple—things like loading the dishwasher, wiping up any crumbs, taking out the trash, and sweeping any sand that made its way inside. It's really just the kind of stuff you would do when staying at a friend’s place. We truly appreciate you helping us keep the home cozy and clean for the next guests. Thanks again for staying with us—and we'd love to host you and your family again.

The condo was very nice and clean! Plenty of room for our group. The pool is gorgeous. The owners were helpful and responsive. We didn’t use the shuttle but chose to drive over to Henderson park to go to the beach. The park was beautiful. I’m not sure about the walking distance to beach access. Overall we had a great time!
