Half of the ownership duo, Ingo, is German and came over to play soccer at The University of Tampa where he met me, Lindsey, (originally from Ohio and who is the other half of this ownership duo). We live in Tampa Heights with our three kids + an adopted fur baby.
Ingo’s day job is working at Salesforce as a Software Architect. Lindsey owns a small self-service laundromat. We truly enjoy hosting people from all over the world and getting to share our love of Tampa Heights & craftsman bungalow architecture.

Why they chose this property
Tampa Heights was Tampa's first suburb. Its close to everything and a big draw for locals and tourists alike with Armature Works, Ulele, Roca, The Riverwalk and the newly minted Kosen. It's urban but still retains some quite and quaintness of the suburbs. Its definitely still classified as up and coming with some multimillion dollar homes and some that are a lot less. But overall the location of Tampa Heights is unbeatable and everything is fresh and exciting as its growing rapidly!
What makes this property unique
The location and walkability is unbeatable for Tampa Heights. We're just 4 blocks to Armature Works, Ulele, and The Riverwalk. Close to downtown and Ybor as well as the airport, Raymond James stadium and Amelie arena. In addition to our awesome location, this home showcases our love of architecture and design. The build was completed in October of 2023 and professionally designed with your comfort in mind. We also have curated private outdoor space that you don't usually get so close to downtown.
