Blue Sky Ranch is so exclusive & private, you'll feel like you're the only humans on the planet and in one of the most serene and nature inspired settings most never see, totally lacking in any sense of the typical urban/suburban sprawl which is so common these days. ABOUT THE HOME: It's a Large Log Lodge...master boasts an entire wing of the home which spans TWO levels, a 2 person hot tub, cal. king sized Tempurpedic, walk-in closet, in-suite master bath, sun room and a giant wall of windows allowing you to wake up to the most incredible mountain views.

Aside from a gorgeous master, there are 5 other cozy guest rooms.
Guest Room 2- Upstairs Southwest Suite, Queen
Guest Room 3- Downstairs Bear's Den, Queen
Guest Room 4- Downstairs Creek Guest Bedroom, Queen
Guest Room 5- The Gold Mine alcove, 2 posturpedic twins
Bunk Room Loft- (up the sprial staircase to a 3rd level) 1 Queen and 2 twins. The twins in the loft are exclusively for children, no adult or children over 80lbs may sleep in the loft's twins.
Finally, we have a Pak n Play that can be set up in any one of the rooms for infants/toddlers. We also have a high chair & baby gate.
Make sure your guest count is accurate as this particular platform's base charge is for 6 persons or under. Responsible guest (the one who booked thru the platform) may not bring more guests onto the property than what was input into VRBO. If you do not input an accurate amount of guests into the platform, it will not quote you correctly. Be sure your guest count is accurate as adding guests over 8 in number later will result in additional charges.

Kitchen: equipped w/stainless appliances, butcher block counter tops matching the theme of the lodge. Fully stocked with top of the line flat ware, place settings, pots, pans, coffee maker, toaster oven, microwave, 5 burner gas stove, and all the implements to cook a gourmet meal. An additional walk-in pantry houses anything else you may need including BBQ implements, outdoor dishware, spices, cookbooks, etc.

There are 3 dining areas. One inside and 2 outdoors. The flagstone patio seats 12. The outdoor deck's dining area seats six and inside the home can go as large as 12. We arrange the indoor dining table only up to the amount of guests booked, so be sure that is accurate. The BBQ is a GREEN EGG grill & smoker.

An accommodating study makes doing a little work more comfortable. Wifi is also available throughout the home.

Bottom floor features a theater with 65 inch Flat screen LED Smart TV w/HDMI patch and dvd/cd library.

Find a 6-seat hot tub with sundeck and garden seating around a firepit, with benches and hammocks that's set infront of amazing mountain views.

We are pet friendly (dogs), but there is an additional pet fee.

*****Vacation Rental agreement (specific to this particular property) must be signed before the booking is considered confirmed. It must be turned in within 48 hours of booking thru VRBO or the reservation will be cancelled. VRBO's standard and general agreement does NOT cover this type of property. If you are a bachelor party, group of singles of stay, you must indicate this in your inquiry and we must correspond with you prior to you "booking" the property. It's important that guests know we don't condone "partying" at this accommodation when booking only lodging at the ranch. If you wish to throw a party and drink heavily, this is not the accommodation for that. We do accept mature bachelor retreats who enjoy hiking and getting out in nature without that element.

There are additional fees if you invite day guests to the property or for certain type uses of the property. Booking the ranch for lodging thru "lodging platforms" never automatically includes usage of the ranch for any parties, day visitors of any kind, get-togethers, elopements, ceremonies, commercial retreats, commercial filmings or photo sessions, reunions, day guests, dinners or events etc. Those come at extra fees. Vendors, you may hire and invite to the property are at additional fees. Getting Married or Eloping on property comes at an additional fee.

Events: We define an event as "any" occassion which involves day guests, any kind of vendor you hire or any others visiting the Ranch outside of your lodging guests registered on your reservation. An event is a (1) day affair lasting 6 hours or less. Let us know what type of event you intend to have so we can properly quote you. This platform or any other platform only charges for lodging, no events or occassions as defined above are permitted without the addditional fees, policies, deposits and an additional "event" agreement.

For specifically micro weddings or elopements, there are two kinds with two different pricing structures:
1) Elopement Package has dramatic views & backdrops for photos, makes it permissable to have a professional photographer on the ranch to record your event in a quiet mountain setting. This is our smallest package and is for a max of you and your lodging party of up to 12 (no additional guests), ability to hold a "ceremony" somewhere on the ranch (we can point out the best spots for you), but the one is right in the backyard This package also makes it permissable to bring in an officiator, and one other non-food vendor the day of, for your special occassion. Our vetted private chef service of a 4-course celebration dinner reception is also included in this package for after your ceremony. Inquire for pricing.

And 2) Micro Wedding package permits you to have more than your 12 lodging guests on the ranch for a 1-day event, more than 3 vendors to the property for such an occassion or any occassion, bench seating and farm tables. You must inquire with your estimated guest/vendor count for quotation. Larger events are not permitted thru lodging platforms, but we do permit them with the proper package and requirements met. If you require a tour, it can be set up when no one is renting the property. The tour is $150 and is 90 minutes in duration and can be credited back to you if purchasing the full wedding package thru blueskymountainranch. Inquire for pricing.
