A small but spacious apartment, nestled off of the bike path that would lead you to endless adventures. Close to charming known Northern Michigan areas(Petoskey, Bay Harbor, Charlevoix, Harbor Springs, Boyne City and Walloon Lake Village) no matter what way you turn you will find great restaurants, wineries, breweries and fun places to shop. As Fall approaches, pumpkin patches, apple cider and crisp air is waiting. Take it all in and ENJOY!

We had a great stay in this property! We were in town for a wedding with several functions and it was very conveniently located. Dulcie was a great communicator and check in was a breeze. Would definitely stay here again if we find ourselves back in the area.

Very much enjoyed our stay. The unit was very clean and comfortable. The apartment was close to so many things to see. Bay Harbor, Boyne Sky Bridge, Petoskey.... would definitely recommend this owner and unit. We brought most everything we needed, but was nice to see that if we forget something, chances are you had thought to have in the unit, appreciated the thoughtfulness.

Delighted by the extras. Bathroom was stocked with essentials in case anything was forgotten. There was a garment steamer available, which was amazing. A bidet also, which now I want for my own home! I 100% recommend this place to stay while visiting Petosky!

Located in an ideal area away from downtown, it was a quiet and peaceful stay. The unit was beautifully furnished with all the amenities necessary for a comfortable stay. It was a perfect getaway!

The hostess was very welcoming and attentive. There was an issue with the furnace, but it was resolved quickly, and the hostess stayed in contact with us until the problem was resolved. The accommodations were well-appointed, cozy, and clean, with excellent attention to detail and a quiet, beautiful setting. We liked how close it was to the places we wanted to go (centrally located). We appreciated that a selection of coffee was supplied for the Keurig. Highly recommend.

Perfect place to stay for 2! A short walk to Bay Harbor or a short drive to Petoskey, Charlevoix, Harbor Springs, etc. The condo was clean and perfect for our needs with a kitchen, full bathroom, bedroom, etc. Would definitely recommend and will likely be back! Thanks!!

Great home base

We really weren’t at the apartment much, but it was very clean and comfortable! With Petosky and Charlevoix so close! We had great bike rides, beach relaxing, and fun downtown exploring!

We could have comfortably stayed for longer! Exceptionally clean and thoughtfully supplied. It took a night to get used to the loud traffic as this is located on a main road and we are country mice!

Short vacation- Boyne Thunder

Everything was wonderful. Quiet area, centrally located to go to several of the small towns up there. But definitely like to come up again from Ohio.

The apartment was very nice and clean. The kitchen was well stocked with coffee pods, wine glasses and a few spices, also small appliances, ice maker and utensils that I needed to cook my own meals. The bathroom was clean and had extra personal items for my use. The washer and dry is also convenient. Even though there are two businesses downstairs, it was not noisy and, with a fan on, I didn't hear much noise at all and was able to sleep in. The bed was comfy but the MB was missing nightstands and reading lamps. I could not get the floor lamp to work nor could not get the tv to work. I had no problems parking and the location was great! The apartment is right on the bike path. I was able to go to the beach at the State Park, shopped downtown, dined out, watched a few sunsets, made a few trips to the casino and walked and biked the paved path. I visited with family in Charlevoix. I would stay again and recommend the apartment to others. Thanks for offering your place. It was a well-needed rest and break for me.

I was born and raised in the area, I appreciate a cute and tidy place to vacation. That is why we are here. We can give you that chance to relax and have more to choose from then just a hotel room. I enjoy adding the special touches to the unit to make it feel like home.

Why they chose this property

We are located near the bike path and when traveling in your car we are within minutes to Petoskey, skip and hop to Bay Harbor :) If you take a right and head south 15min to Charlevoix and not much longer to Walloon and Boyne City. Any direction will offer options and memories to be made.

What makes this property unique

We may be off the beaten trail as they might say, but we are only minutes away from charming towns that are surround our area. In the summer a bike path is located outside of the parking lot.
