Beachfront Condo Close to Pier with Ocean View -Beach Chairs & Umbrella Included

Beach Colony Resort West 4F is located on the 4th floor and boasts spectacular Gulf-front views from the spacious, private balcony. This three-bedroom, three-bath condominium accommodates up to 8 guests comfortably, with a king-sized bed in the master bedroom, another king-sized bed in one guest room and two full beds in the other guest bedroom. The Gulf-front master bedroom leads into its own private bath with a walk-in shower, large Jacuzzi tub and a double vanity. The fully-equipped kitchen leads to the dining area and living room. Enjoy true paradise with a large balcony overlooking the Gulf, complete with loungers and plenty of room to have your morning coffee, watch the dolphins or take in the stunning sunset views in the evening.

Don't worry about everyone building up an appetite, as the full kitchen is more than ready to assist with preparing tasty meals and includes both a Keurig and regular coffee maker along with other kitchen essentials. The private washer and dryer will allow everyone to throw in their swimsuits at the end of the day.

Beach Colony Resort is located on the serene beaches of Navarre Beach, offering an array of amenities including fitness facilities, outdoor charcoal grills with a picnic area, a tennis court and a pickle ball court. It boasts of an Olympic size pool along with free private covered parking and features the largest gulf front balconies on Navarre Beach. There is a beach boardwalk with ramps on both ends, perfect for wagons and beach carts. Complimentary beach service is provided with reservations March-October 2022.

Enjoy the wonderful culture and cuisine of the local area in Navarre Beach. This quiet and peaceful area is truly a hidden jewel of the Gulf Coast. Beach Colony Resort is a short walk away from the the Navarre Beach Pier and Navarre Beach Sea Turtle Conservation. To appease your adventurous side, venture over to the Navarre Beach Gulf Snorkel Reef and get an up-close glimpse at marine life. Just over the Navarre bridge, you will find a wide variety of local restaurants. Take in the local scenery of the area with a local bike rental or simply dip your toes in the water and relax.

This condo is beautiful. We love the balcony. It was well stocked with kitchen items.Had very small details to ask about stay, and Zach the owner had a cell phone that we could call. Very nice and efficient.Will def try to catch this Condo again!

Beautiful home away from home!

Our stay @ the Beach Colony Resort was just perfect for our family! Clean, spacious, covered parking, felt safe, nice people, hearing the waves and fountain sounds from the balcony and AWESOME view! So blessed and grateful that we came upon this hidden gem and such a wonderful host that gave recommendations and was such a joy to speak with. This trip will always be a lasting memory for our grandchildren and the adults as well! Thank you Zach for letting us stay at your lovely condo!

4th of July

We stay at Beach Colony West 2x a year. This was our first time in 4F. It has a perfect floor plan for our family with the master on one side and the other 2 rooms opposite. We had an infant with us therefore she was able to nap without being disturbed. Just a reminder for anyone staying there, bring your own dishwashing soap and detergent, garbage bags, and bath soap. Some condos provide a small amount to get you started but this one doesn’t. Overall, I would definitely book 4F again in the future!

Right on Navarre Beach

Condo is amazing and spacious. Would be ideal for a family with teens wanting their own separate rooms or several couples. Views from the balcony are postcard worthy. Everything in the condo and the complex are well maintained, clean and welcoming. Definitely plan on staying here again soon.

Long Weekend Admin School Retreat

We rented this condo for our annual long weekend planning trip for the upcoming school year. The condo was spacious, clean, and made great use of space with its furnishings. The balcony was a huge hit! The owner was excellent with follow-up and communication. Everything about our stay was wonderful.

Great Stay

Stayed in this property for a girls trip....it was perfect. Clean, comfortable, peaceful!! Our favorite place of the property was the spacious deck with super comfortable furniture.....we spent every morning and every evening lounging there! The beach service folks were super friendly and helpful. And when the jellyfish came in (before the hurricane), we made our way to the huge, clean pool. NO complaints at all.......I plan to take my family back to this property...I will be a return customer!

Beach Delight

We loved our beach weekend at this awesome property. It’s very pretty, extremely roomy, well stocked and felt private even though it’s in a large complex. I really appreciated how clean this unit was when we arrived. All our beds were comfortable and so was the other furniture. Best Independence Day of my life

We had a wonderful time and it being the 4th of July was great anticipation of the fireworks show from the pier. I I sat on the balcony waiting for them to start I heard a boom behind me so I stood and turned around and as far as I could see on the horizon I witnessed 7-8 dozen (countless) professional fireworks demonstrations going off. Needless to say I was up until around 1 AM watching everything. Our family was ver impressed with our vacation here.

Beach Colony Resort - Great View

We had a wonderful time at this condo last week. The morning and evening views from the balcony were amazing. Navarre is not nearly as busy and crowded as Destin, but still about 20 minutes away. Condo was exceptionally clean and Zach was responsive and helpful to any questions we had about the unit.
